I also want to mention the receptionist, Naima. She is very good — warm, friendly, and very helpful. From the moment I entered, she welcomed me with a smile, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process so smooth. Her customer service is excellent and really adds value to the experience.

I had a really good experience at Evergreen Polyclinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, polite, and very professional. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and the waiting time was reasonable. Nurse Shiela, Nurse Farlin and Nurse Anita explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment plan. After just a few visits, I already felt a big improvement. The facial was done by a lady who was clearly not professional and did not know the products she was using — she couldn’t say where they were from or what they were for. The facial was done by a lady who was clearly not professional and did not know the products she was using — she couldn’t say where they were from or what they were for. She applied a “hydration” mask that turned out to be cooling/whitening instead, and then used the LED light incorrectly (red instead of blue for my friend). When cleaning pores, she used a machine and insisted it wasn’t extraction, just “cleaning,” which was very confusing.

We had also booked our session together, but on arrival were told only one person could go at a time — something never mentioned in advance. Afterward, when we gave our feedback at reception, the staff were grumpy and dismissive instead of listening.

For a place that calls itself a “clinic,” the service was unprofessional, the staff were poorly trained, and customer service was horrible. Definitely not recommended. Show less »

Apart from that, if you have a budget for certain treatments you’d like to try, this is the clinic for that, they have nice offers every month and have an option for Tabby/Tamara payment too which is a plus.
