Since it was my first time, I didn’t know much, but the doctor were very friendly and explained everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. I’m extremely satisfied with the service.

Whoever is visiting the clinic, I highly recommend Nurse Sara Moustafa for laser hair removal.

The sales persons constantly change and the terms and conditions of what exactly are the programs I have committed constantly change. For example when the sales was giving me an upsale it says in the program that that Fontona that I have bought was a 30 mins program for skincare. However when I actually wanted to use this program a few months later the sales were long gone. The receptionists were long gone. The doctor who operated on me was like telling me it’s only a 10 mins procedure. When questioned, she’s like I will give you 30 mins but your skin will be really dry! It’s like a curse! Who would want to do that after those curse coming out of her mouth? Who would wanna a worse effect after a skin procedure?
When I had asked more details on the difference of several procedures, she was really evasive. Just shows how unprofessional the technicians are.
