Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
I arrived on time for my laser session and was already in the middle of the treatment when I was asked to leave the room so another patient who arrived late could be accommodated first. I was told they would continue my session after finishing with him.

This is, without exaggeration, one of the most unprofessional situations I’ve experienced in any clinic. Interrupting a client’s session to prioritize someone who was late shows a complete lack of respect for time, organization, and basic professionalism. I expected much better. Show less »

I’ve been coming to Kaya clinic for over 2 years and their services are excellent. Especially happy to be doing my laser sessions with Anu, very professional and sweet and I’m very pleased with the results I got. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give them zero rating. They completely damaged my skin and behaved very arrogantly. Their services are overpriced, and the experience was absolutely ridiculous. I will never go there again and honestly do not recommend it to anyone.

I visited the clinic for skin booster treatment with Dr Swagata, am obsessed with the results also the clinic area is too much comfortable and the staff are friendly i recommend this clinic for all , also parking available all the time .

I had an outstanding experience at Kaya clinic . From the moment I walked in, i was welcomed warmly by the staff Ms.Nassima. The clinic is clean,organized, and feels very professional. The nurse Anu were highly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain every step of the process. They were attentive and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my visit.
