I recently visited Lucia Clinic in Dubai for two different procedures with Dr. Burcu, and I wanted to share my honest experience regarding the clinic, the staff, and the treatments.
The Atmosphere & Staff
First and foremost, the vibe of Lucia Clinic is absolutely amazing. The space is incredibly clean, beautiful, and welcoming. I absolutely love the staff—everyone was professional and attentive from the moment I walked in.
A special shoutout goes to Dr. Burcu. She is wonderful! I tend to get quite nervous before procedures, but she completely calmed my anxiety. She takes the time to thoroughly explain every single step of the process, which made me feel incredibly comfortable and safe in her hands.
The Procedures & Results
Procedure 1: Moxi Laser
Cost: ~4,000 AED
Verdict: Honestly, I didn't get the expected results from this treatment. Given the price point, I was hoping for a bit more of a noticeable difference, but unfortunately, it fell a bit short for me.
Procedure 2: Ultherapy
Cost: Over 16,000 AED
Verdict: This is a major investment, and while I can't definitively say if the results will be amazing just yet, I am optimistic. Ultherapy takes about 3 months to fully show results, so I am currently playing the waiting game.
Final Thoughts
While my first procedure didn't quite deliver the results I wanted, the exceptional patient care, Dr. Burcu's comforting bedside manner, and the pristine environment still make Lucia Clinic stand out. If you are looking for a clinic that treats you well and explains your treatments thoroughly, this is definitely the place.

First, I had a consultation with Dr. Evan’s, who took the time to share her expertise on skin sculpting for adipose / fat tissue. She has a great mixture and success rate knowing exactly what to do where! Highly recommend!

Then, I did the microneedling and salmon DNA treatment with the skin therapist, Jelly. I highly recommend her as I experienced no bleeding although I have very sensitive skin. It was not painful and I’m already happy with my results evening my skin tone and excited to see the full result!

Lastly considering the great customer service and full service offerings the price was in line with the market in the UAE and very good for such a renowned clinic! Show less »

I’ve been visiting Lucia Clinic for some time now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most professional and caring clinics in Dubai. From reception to the nurses, everyone is attentive and welcoming.

But the real highlight is Dr. Burcu. She’s simply exceptional — caring, patient, and incredibly detail-oriented. My skin has improved so much since I started seeing her, and her aesthetic eye is remarkable. Every treatment looks perfectly natural, never overdone.

The mole removal treatment was rushed. The numbing cream wasn't given time to work. The doctor was more focused on her phone than on me, performing the procedure with a dismissive and impatient attitude.

She ignored the specific spots I asked to have treated. When I pointed out a missed spot afterwards, I was met with a scoff and a scowl. Having had this treatment multiple times before, I can say the pain level and overall care were shockingly poor.
