I’ve been visiting Lucia Clinic for some time now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most professional and caring clinics in Dubai. From reception to the nurses, everyone is attentive and welcoming.

But the real highlight is Dr. Burcu. She’s simply exceptional — caring, patient, and incredibly detail-oriented. My skin has improved so much since I started seeing her, and her aesthetic eye is remarkable. Every treatment looks perfectly natural, never overdone.

She truly listens to her patients, explains everything clearly, and works with such precision that I almost never experience bruising. Beyond her skill, she’s also such a pleasant, warm, and professional person.

Great experience at Lucia Clinic. I went for a Signature HydraFacial and everything was smooth, professional, and well organized. Technician Lucia, was very attentive and professional.
My skin felt clean, hydrated, and refreshed right after and next day no pigmentation just glowing skin!

The mole removal treatment was rushed. The numbing cream wasn't given time to work. The doctor was more focused on her phone than on me, performing the procedure with a dismissive and impatient attitude.

She ignored the specific spots I asked to have treated. When I pointed out a missed spot afterwards, I was met with a scoff and a scowl. Having had this treatment multiple times before, I can say the pain level and overall care were shockingly poor.

For such a prestigious clinic, I was treated like an inconvenience. A very disappointing experience. Show less »
