I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mona, and I can’t recommend her enough. This was my first time ever doing filler and Botox, and I was honestly a bit afraid. I asked her to keep everything very natural, and she did exactly that. She made me look natural but more beautiful, which was exactly what I hoped for. She is incredibly kind, cooperative, and professional, and at the same time so fun and easy to work with, which made me feel comfortable and confident.

What I really appreciated is that she advised me to do facial treatment first before filler and Botox for better results and glow, which shows how much she truly cares about doing things the right way. She did my lip, jawline, chin, and temple fillers, along with forehead Botox, and I’m in love with the results.

The facial treatment with Malen was the best facial I have ever had. Very professional, super relaxing, and the glow afterward was amazing.

The laser with Malu was also great. She is super fast and very good, and the machine is very fast, painless, and gives really good results.

I also have to mention Dalal, the Clinic Manager. She is absolutely amazing. Very friendly, professional, and cooperative, and she made the whole experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish.

The place itself is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the prices are very good for the quality of service and results you get.

The technician only made a few small laser dots on my eyebrows and there was absolutely no visible removal or lightening of the tattoo. The technician only made a few small laser dots on my eyebrows and there was absolutely no visible removal or lightening of the tattoo. She claimed that I would need 3 or more sessions, but it was clear that she barely did anything in the first place.
It felt like she was more interested in selling multiple sessions rather than providing real results. The procedure was unprofessional, and I did not receive any proper explanation about the laser type or the technique used.
I do NOT recommend this clinic for tattoo removal. Very poor service and a complete waste of money. Show less »

I visited the clinic for consultation the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, Dr.Haifa from the first minute she was fully dedicated to me and she listened carefully to my concerns and she advised me with what is suitable for my case without any non necessary intervention -,which I requested but she disagreed, which is very rarely expected from other doctors who just dump various procedures with no true need. And you end up paying a lot with no real benefit or necessity.
I will revisit Dr.Rahaf for the treatment and procedure I sought as per her advice. Show less »
