This has been, without a doubt, the worst aesthetic clinic I have ever been to. First of all, facial treatment itself was extremely poor. It was done using very low-quality products that can easily be purchased online for just a few aed, which is unacceptable for a professional aesthetic clinic. This has been, without a doubt, the worst aesthetic clinic I have ever been to. First of all, facial treatment itself was extremely poor. It was done using very low-quality products that can easily be purchased online for just a few aed, which is unacceptable for a professional aesthetic clinic.

Additionally, between each step of the treatment I was left waiting for 30–40 minutes because the staff were busy. I paid for a full service and expected proper attention throughout the entire appointment, which clearly did not happen.

However, the most frustrating part was what happened afterward. I requested a refund due to my dissatisfaction and was initially told it would be processed. Days later, they refused to refund my money and only offered another treatment, which I declined. Since then, despite contacting the clinic every day for over a week, they have completely ignored me.

The lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication is unacceptable. For these reasons, I strongly do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Show less »

Its my pleasure to have an amazing experience doing treatment in Rdefine clinic! Staff are so much accommodating, polite and helpful to give the best treatment for my skin..i have done 2 sessions of rejuran salmon dna skin booster and facial treatments and the results speaks how amazing the clinic is! I highly recommended to all my kabayan up there..

You are in such good hands here! The doctor was extremely skilled for my Botox and very gentle. I felt very taken care of and most importantly HEARD. I wasn’t oversold and I really appreciated how transparent the clinic was about everything. They also have a skin scan machine which is very useful to inspect your skin quality

I had a Hydra Facial, Q-Switch Laser, and Meso Glow treatment, and Miss Yanz did an amazing job! She was professional, gentle, and very attentive throughout the process. My skin feels refreshed and glowing. Her work is excellent — I highly recommend this place, 10/10

Today was my first session of laser hair removal with my friend, and I had an amazing experience with Uma. She was very careful and professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone! Thank you for making this experience so enjoyable.

It’s unbelievable cold inside, they set the temperature to 18 degrees due to laser machine in one room. But it goes to all. Impossible to stay inside, the blankets that were given are dirty and not helping as it’s freezing. That is housing to be a huge reason of not coming back. That is housing to be a huge reason of not coming back.
I don’t want to get ill each time I come here.
And give clean blankets to each client. It’s a clinic. More hygiene and appropriate temperature

There clinic is centrally located in Azizi and easily accessible through bus and station . It’s conveniently located and brought my wife here for laser. They do the work really well with affordable prices. I liked it. Clean Office and professional staff.

I went here yesterday. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Their treatment is superb. One of the best hydrafacial I ever had. I felt great. There was no wait time. The clinic is spotless neat and clean and smells great. I would definitely go again and highly recommend this place.

I visited during the opening week, the clinic is clean and the staff were welcoming. I met the doctor for discussion and he showed a machine that analyzes the skin which was for free during the opening week. The machine showed the % of open pores, wrinkles, sun damage. Then the doctor advised the appropriate skin plan based on his experience and the machine results and offered a free 15 min facial which was good. The dr was nice and also offered a free IV drip since I visited during the opening week. However I did not try the IV drip as it was going to take around an hour and I had a busy day.
