I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. I paid for Botox and filler treatments and was extremely disappointed with the results. Despite spending a significant amount of money, the treatment produced little to no visible improvement.

What was even more concerning was the clinic's response when I raised my concerns. Rather than listening, assessing the outcome properly, or attempting to resolve the issue, they dismissed my complaint and refused to take any responsibility. There was no genuine aftercare, no accountability, and no effort to address a dissatisfied customer.

Aesthetic treatments require trust, professionalism, and ethical customer care. If the results are poor, clients should at least expect honest communication and a willingness to discuss solutions. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Once payment was taken, any concern about the outcome seemed to be ignored.

I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and out of pocket. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. The lack of results was disappointing, but the lack of responsibility and customer service was unacceptable. Show less »

I can’t recommend this place enough. My doctor Mariam is absolutely amazing incredibly skilled, attentive, and always makes me feel comfortable and confident. My experience with nurse Loreen was absolutely wonderful! She treated me with respect and kindness, and she was very professional in the way she performed the laser session. I went for the Glass Skin facial at this clinic and I really loved it. The place is very clean and relaxing, and my therapist Olga was so kind and gentle. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The facial felt very nice on my skin, and after the treatment my face looked fresh, smooth, and glowing.
