The appointment management is extremely poor. and every time we are admitted to see Dr. Rabab after waiting 2–3 hours. First, you spend an hour in the waiting area, then another hour inside the consultation room waiting for the doctor. After the consultation, it takes yet another hour to prepare for the procedure, even though the procedure itself only takes 5 minutes. The reception booked me with Dr. Zainab the dietician. I have decided to book her since Shamsa has resigned. My booking was confirmed. But upon my arrival they told me the doctor will be late 20 minutes. The reception booked me with Dr. Zainab the dietician. I have decided to book her since Shamsa has resigned. My booking was confirmed. But upon my arrival they told me the doctor will be late 20 minutes. The reception was really kind and doing her best but as the time went on I have asked them again and they said the doctor is not answering them. It is appalling to be honest having such an attitude and going outside of the clinic during your patient booking and hanging up the phone on them.

I was unsure of why would a doctor behave this way and most importantly hold a job in a clinic.

This comment will be here to emphasize the importance of hiring good capabilities in your clinic not like Dr. Zainab. 🙂🫠

The only reason i waited more is because the reception was so kind and accommodating but despite that the situation was horrible.

Today the reception called me to apologize for the behavior of Dr. Zainab and I really do appreciate that, but this review will remain here until a well equipped doctor replaces Dr. Zainab because people’s time is much more precious than money. Show less »
