One of the worst clinics I’ve visited when it comes to respecting patients’ time. It genuinely feels as though they expect patients to have nothing better to do than sit around waiting for their appointments.

Even when an appointment is booked well in advance, there seems to be absolutely no regard for punctuality or the patient’s schedule. Delays are treated as normal, with little to no acknowledgment or consideration from either the nurses or the doctor.

I won’t go into the details of the procedure itself, as my disappointment goes beyond that. However, when a clinic fails to respect something as basic as a patient’s time and doesn’t demonstrate the expected level of care and professionalism, it raises serious concerns about the overall experience.

Respecting patients’ time should be a basic standard. Unfortunately, this clinic falls far below that standard. I would not recommend it. Show less »

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Threya and her assistant at this clinic.

I have an existing balance of AED 5,900, and I simply wanted to use it for several Dermapen sessions. However, it felt like their main concern was how to use up my entire balance, rather than allowing me to use it for the treatment I actually wanted.

I was encouraged to add several additional treatments and products, including PDRN and other add-ons that I clearly said I did not want or need. When I explained that I only wanted Dermapen sessions, they still tried to convince me otherwise and wanted me to use the entire AED 5,900 balance in one session.

The assistant specifically told me that they had to finish my entire balance because they could not give me the remaining balance back. This made the situation even more frustrating, because I was not asking for additional treatments — I simply wanted to use my balance for the Dermapen sessions I wanted.

What I found especially unprofessional was that when I insisted on having only the treatment I wanted, I was told I would have to sign a document confirming that I wanted the treatment and that I understood I might not get results.

What kind of clinic asks a patient to sign something stating that they may not get results from a treatment? If they genuinely believe the treatment will not provide results on its own, then why are they offering it in the first place?

I should be able to decide how I want to use my existing balance and choose the treatment I am comfortable with, without being pressured into unnecessary add-ons or being told that my entire balance must be used in one session.

The whole experience felt more focused on finishing my AED 5,900 balance and selling additional treatments than on listening to the patient.

Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. Show less »

The appointment management is extremely poor. and every time we are admitted to see Dr. Rabab after waiting 2–3 hours. First, you spend an hour in the waiting area, then another hour inside the consultation room waiting for the doctor. The reception booked me with Dr. Zainab the dietician. I have decided to book her since Shamsa has resigned. My booking was confirmed. The reception booked me with Dr. Zainab the dietician. I have decided to book her since Shamsa has resigned. My booking was confirmed. But upon my arrival they told me the doctor will be late 20 minutes. The reception was really kind and doing her best but as the time went on I have asked them again and they said the doctor is not answering them. It is appalling to be honest having such an attitude and going outside of the clinic during your patient booking and hanging up the phone on them.

I was unsure of why would a doctor behave this way and most importantly hold a job in a clinic.

This comment will be here to emphasize the importance of hiring good capabilities in your clinic not like Dr. Zainab. 🙂🫠

The only reason i waited more is because the reception was so kind and accommodating but despite that the situation was horrible.

Today the reception called me to apologize for the behavior of Dr. Zainab and I really do appreciate that, but this review will remain here until a well equipped doctor replaces Dr. Zainab because people’s time is much more precious than money. Show less »
