All the staff were kind, friendly and professional. The clinic was very clean and it has a very relaxing and calm atmosphere. The hydrofacial treatment (platinum) itself was truly amazing. Kaye was very attentive and explained each step of the product used and the process. My face has never felt so clean!! I’ve since introduced a few friends to Dr. Pouya and what really stands out is how he gives each of us personalised recommendations. It’s clear he has extensive knowledge and experience in his field. He understands that everyone’s needs and goals are different and tailors his advice accordingly.
