a huge thank you to Dr. Amira and Miss Yushra for taking the time to explain everything so thoroughly and for answering all of my questions with so much patience and care. (one more thing, they never tried to push or upsell unnecessary treatments!! they genuinely focus on what suits your needs and only recommend what's actually beneficial). after struggling with acne, I left the appointment feeling hopeful that we finally have a plan to get it under control. that reassurance meant so much to me.
