Dr. Dragana took the time to clearly explain every step of the process multiple times. She is not only highly professional but also warm and approachable, which made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring. This was already my fifth consultation with different doctors regarding eyelid surgery, and after meeting Dr. Dragana I quickly decided to proceed with her.🤓 I initially thought I needed both upper and lower eyelid surgery, but she honestly advised that only the upper lids required correction and that I am still too young for the lower procedure. I truly appreciated her honesty and patient-focused approach, she only recommends what is really needed.👱🏻‍♀️

Dr. Dragana is a true perfectionist and an incredibly honest doctor.
I had two previous nose surgeries with other surgeons and was never happy with the results. She advised me not to undergo a third surgery because it would damage the bone structure and instead she corrected my nose with hyaluronic filler.
I am absolutely happy with the outcome. It looks like a new nose, and the asymmetry is finally balanced.

I really appreciate all the staff here, such a positive ambiance from the moment you walk in the door. I recently had the absolute privilege of undergoing upper bletharoplasty with Dr. Dragana. Truly every experience with her has been so comforting and inspiring. Yes, she is an absolute master of aesthetics and pays the greatest attention to the slightest detail and consistently delivers results that far exceed expectations, but that is not in fact what sets her apart. What will keep you coming back to her is the way she treats each patient like absolute royalty. You will feel like the most precious jewel under her care and she always goes above and beyond in every aspect of her field. I’ve been seeing her for years and can vouch for this impeccable consistency. It is her nature. She excuses such love for her profession and has such a profound respect for her patients it’s humbling to be met with such care and kindness backed with such expertise and yet with every meeting she will make you feel as if you are the one honoring her with your presence. Terrible booking process. It doesn’t seem to matter if you clearly explain that you need a treatment requiring sufficient appointment time. Despite providing all the necessary details, appointments still seem to be scheduled without considering the actual treatment requirements. Terrible booking process. It doesn’t seem to matter if you clearly explain that you need a treatment requiring sufficient appointment time. Despite providing all the necessary details, appointments still seem to be scheduled without considering the actual treatment requirements.

What is even more frustrating is that they ask for all of your information every single time, even if you were there just a week ago.

The doctor and nurse appears to be rushed during the treatment due to poor scheduling and insufficient allocated time. In addition, I was prescribed medication that was not available. I followed up with the receptionist, who assured me she would check with the doctor and get back to me, but that never happened.

On my next appointment when I asked whether my follow-up appointment had been scheduled for a full hour, since the treatment needed to be repeated, the receptionist could not provide a clear answer and the same situation repeated.

This is not a low-cost clinic, yet unfortunately the level of service feels as though it is. The lack of communication, organization, and follow-up is very disappointing.

Despite these issues, I am grateful to Dr. Dragana for her kindness, professionalism, and the care she provided during the limited time available, I strongly recommend her. Show less »
