I had high expectations for this clinic and chose their premium treatment option, expecting to see noticeable results. Unfortunately, despite following the recommended treatment plan, I have not seen any improvement.
I would like to acknowledge that the reception team is kind, welcoming, and professional. They made every visit pleasant, and I truly appreciate their attitude.
However, I am very disappointed with the outcome of the treatment and, more importantly, with how my concerns were handled. When I informed Dr. Siba that I was not seeing any results, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. The response came across as careless, and there was no genuine effort to understand the issue or offer a solution.
As someone who is a senior specialist in customer care, I believe that patient satisfaction should be a priority. When a patient is unhappy with the results, the clinic should take the time to investigate, explain, or propose alternative options instead of leaving the patient feeling ignored.
For a clinic that aims to provide high standards of care, I expected much better follow-up and a stronger commitment to patient satisfaction. Sadly, my experience did not reflect those standards.
