I’ve been doing my laser session with Helna, and honestly she’s one of the best. She’s extremely gentle, explains everything clearly, and makes sure I’m always comfortable during the session. Her technique is fast, smooth .

She’s also super friendly and professional, and she really takes her time to make sure everything is done perfectly. I always feel relaxed and confident in her hands.

Unprofessional and very bad! This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had in any clinic in Dubai.
From the beginning, nothing was organized. Everyone in the clinic was saying something different no one was on the same page. The receptionist told me, “Come, we have the best doctor for eye threads,” but that was completely untrue. During the consultation, they kept insisting that I needed the treatment and pushed me to pay the full amount before starting the procedure — which is ridiculous. Normally, you pay after the service, not before!
When I asked about the brand of threads they use or which one would suit my skin best, no one could answer me. Then during the procedure, the doctor actually changed the brand midway because she couldn’t continue with the first one! A few minutes later, she stopped and said, “Sorry, your skin didn’t accept it. We cannot do it.” I was left with bruises on my eyebrows and no proper explanation.
When I went to the reception to ask for a refund, they said everyone had left and told me to come next week. I refused to leave without my money. The only person who even tried to help was the Filipino lady at reception everyone else just disappeared. Even my previous deposit for another service couldn’t be used or refunded properly.
This place is unbelievable. The staff lie to get your money and don’t even care if the service is right for you. The team especially the two Palestinian women working there were disappointing.They only care about payment, not the customer’s safety or satisfaction.
No one there seems trained or qualified for their job. I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee after waiting for so long.
Not recommended at all! Stay away — completely unprofessional and a total waste of money and time. Show less »

I paid over AED 10,000 for facial fillers, and there was absolutely no improvement — only lumps that disappeared within two months as if nothing was ever done. The worst part is their behavior after payment: they act super nice while taking your money, then completely ignore you afterward.
Appointments are always delayed — my 6 PM appointment started two hours late — and the staff behave arrogantly.

What’s even worse, they literally force you to write fake positive reviews while you’re still in the clinic!
They stand next to you and tell you to “write how good the clinic is,” and they don’t leave until you post it.

Completely unprofessional and unethical. I strongly do not recommend this clinic. Show less »
