Dr. Mohammed Hamad is one of the best orthodontists I’ve dealt with. His attitude and the way he treats patients are very kind and professional, and he makes you feel comfortable while explaining everything clearly. He’s very skilled at his work, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. Highly recommended 💕.

I went in for a medical acne consultation and prescription, but the process took hours due to confusion among staff and poor coordination even when the clinic was mostly empty. I went in for a medical acne consultation and prescription, but the process took hours due to confusion among staff and poor coordination even when the clinic was mostly empty. What should have been a simple visit ended up consuming my entire day.
The prescription I was given was not properly registered in the system under my Emirates ID, and multiple pharmacies were unable to dispense it. I later realized that the clinic’s pharmacy does not seem well-equipped to handle medical prescriptions efficiently.
Communication was also extremely frustrating. I was repeatedly told that I would receive a call back, yet I constantly had to follow up myself. Each time I called, I spoke to a different receptionist and had to explain the entire situation from the beginning again. There was no clear handover or continuity. I was actively wasting my time. I did a full body laser session with Pepsi and she was more than amazing. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the machines. She made the whole experience very comfortable. I will definitely rely on her for my future laser sessions. I loved her service so much that I also booked a facial with her. Highly recommended!
