Very disappointing experience. I called to ask the price of a facial and they told me they have a promotion so i booked. After my facial, the receptionist charged me double the price and said no we don’t have an offer on the facial and her excuse was that maybe the offer was only on the day i made the phone call… doesn’t make sense as the lady on the phone b... That’s dishonest and disrespectful to the client. I don’t mind paying triple the amount it’s about the principal. They should respect what they tell customers over the phone. I went happy and healthy for Hijama and I came out in severe pain and headache for 5 days now! Worst service and when I called them to complain , they did nothing!!! Only thing they said take a pain killer and visit a doctor to check it! They didn’t take any responsibility for the mistakes done during the procedure! I trust they will all get what they deserv...
