Enas recommended Dr. Ulga for a HydraFacial session, and honestly, it was amazing!
I have seasonal eczema and acne-prone skin, and I usually get flare-ups after facials, but it’s been two days and my skin is still glowing!

Dr. Ulga also did a much-needed extraction session and recommended several great options and masks.

I truly believe Dr. Mohamed is one of the best in his field. He is incredibly skilled, professional, and has a wonderful bedside manner. However, my positive experience begins and ends with him. The clinic's management and operational practices have made each visit a source of immense frustration.
My primary issue, which has been consistent across every single appointment, is the complete and utter disregard for patients' time. I have never been seen at my scheduled appointment time. The delays are not 10 or 15 minutes; we are consistently talking about 50 minutes to over an hour spent waiting . It feels as though appointment times are merely a suggestion. When you run a clinic that caters to busy individuals, this level of chronic lateness is not just an inconvenience

Every visit is treated as an opportunity for a "touch-up" or an upsell. Before I even get to see Dr. Mohamed, I am often questioned by other staff about other treatments I might be interested in. After the consultation, the focus quickly shifts to what else I could do, rather than being satisfied with the excellent results of the procedure I originally paid for. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere where you feel like a wallet rather than a patient. Show less »

I received a call from the clinic yesterday asking me to come in for a follow-up appointment today. About 20 minutes into my scheduled appointment time, I was placed in a room. Although the staff came in occasionally to give short updates, I still waited a total of 47 minutes past the appointment time without any clear indication of when I would be seen.

Dr. Mohamed is genuinely great doctor with super gentle hands as well, so if you fear needles, don’t worry you won’t feel a thing!

From the moment I scheduled my appointment with Aura Aesthetics, I knew I was in good hands. The customer service is absolutely top-tier. Setting up the appointment was seamless and professional, and every interaction since then has exceeded my expectations.
When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, who made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The nurses and patient coordinator were incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable—making sure I understood every step of the process. Dr. Mommad was amazing! He took his time to explain the procedure, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. His attention to detail and skill are unmatched.
The follow-up care has also been stellar. Whether it was a question or just needing reassurance, someone from the team was always available and happy to help. The results? Absolutely beautiful. I am beyond pleased with the work and feel more confident than ever.

I recently had a frustrating experience at this beauty clinic that I feel compelled to share. First, they canceled my appointment without any prior notice, leaving me feeling disappointed and inconvenienced. I didn’t want to go back there but after several months I finally managed to give them another chance and reschedule, I thought things would go more smoothly, but that was not the case.

During my second visit, I arrived on time, only to be left waiting for 30 minutes. When I inquired about the delay, rather than providing an apology, they asked me to wait another 30 minutes. This complete lack of communication and regard for my time is unacceptable.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with their service and professionalism. I expected better from a place that promotes itself as a reputable beauty clinic. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable service. Show less »
