I had such a great experience at this biomedical clinic! Everyone is super friendly and really knows what they’re doing, especially when it comes to laser hair removal. The results have been amazing so far, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Big shoutout to my technician—she was so gentle, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell she’s really good at what she does!

I had botox a month ago and now its almost gone, I had under eye treatment and absolutely no results. The filler at the beginning was amazing but after a month i can still feel the lumps which i was told it will get better with massaging.
Also please be careful with the prices! At the reception they won't tell you they have offers and when I asked why don't they mention it the manager told me I should have checked Instagram. I was literally yelled at from the manager and I as the customer had to hold back and tell her to calm down and to speak respectfully. I was offered a free facial but definitely not going back to this place. Show less »

I’m really disappointed with my laser hair removal experience. Instead of getting smoother skin, the hair started growing back stronger, thicker, and much sharper than before. 1. **Appointment System is a Joke** – Despite booking in advance, I waited over **two hours** past my scheduled time with no explanation or apology. The front desk staff seemed indifferent to patients' time.

2. **Unprofessional Medical Staff** – The doctor I consulted was **rushed, dismissive, and barely listened** to my concerns. It felt like they were more interested in pushing unnecessary tests than providing proper care.

3. **Poor Hygiene & Facility Maintenance** – The clinic appeared **unclean**, with stained chairs and dusty equipment. For a medical center, this is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards.

4. **Overpriced & Unjustified Billing** – I was charged **exorbitant fees** for basic services, and the billing department was uncooperative when I questioned discrepancies.

5. **Zero Follow-Up or Accountability** – After raising complaints, **no one responded**. There’s clearly no effort to improve patient satisfaction.
