Overall dissatisfied with my experience and regretful for money spent. Paid almost full price to topup my brows, which I had done in the UK. I was happy with the natural look and shape, I just wanted them to be filled in. Overall dissatisfied with my experience and regretful for money spent. Paid almost full price to topup my brows, which I had done in the UK. I was happy with the natural look and shape, I just wanted them to be filled in. Fair enough they don’t have “top-up prices” but you’d expect that if you were not happy with the results, after paying almost full price for just a top-up (my appointment was very quick) they would sort it free of charge. The lady that did my brows (Rebecca) was nice during the appointment, she even gave me her IG to contact her 4weeks post treatment, to arrange follow up if I required it. I did as instructed, however she has been unresponsive and I don’t the time to keep chasing up. I’ll probably have to find another place and probably pay another full price. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them if you just need a top-up. Show less »

They really took the time to get my brows how I wanted them (I’m really fussy) and my skin is still glowing! My experience: A high priced place where i have had a substandard outcome that brought me a lot of stress and discomfort.

My lip blush procedure at Browns and Co Al Wasel, Dubai has been performed with Large areas that have been missed in the right side. The pigment went outside my natural lip line in lathe left side down, creating severe asymmetry. This is not a minor error that a touch-up could fix.

Their reply was extremely unkind, without any apology or acknowledgment of the wrong doing.I was willing to even agree to have the lips corrected by another technician, but they gave no acceptable solution and implied extra costs.

The clinic is heavily marketed as a luxury experience with astronomical prices, but their post-procedure testimonial photos are misleading—taken seconds after the procedure with swollen lips and shiny hydration products, hiding imperfections. The real result at home next day was …very different.

In addition to this, they have send me the Pre Procedural Protocol hours AFTER the procedure is done…

I have escalated this matter to the Dubai Economic Department (Consumer Rights) and, if needed, it will follow with the Dubai Health Authority.

I have learned my lessen … Semi-permanent cosmetic procedure are very serios. Ones you make them - they are there to stay! Show less »
