A huge thank you to Dr. Samer for his professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent sense of aesthetics. He carefully selected the perfect shade and designed a smile that looks natural, elegant, and perfectly suited to my face. The result is beautiful, clean, well-balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for.
I would also like to thank Dr. Fatima for her support and care throughout the process. Both doctors made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.
Special appreciation to the entire clinic team for their outstanding follow-up, quick appointment scheduling, punctuality, and excellent customer service. Their professionalism and dedication truly made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I usually do not leave negative reviews, but my experience with this clinic has left me with no choice.

I started my dental treatment with confidence, expecting professional care and proper follow-up. Unfortunately, that was not what I received. Communication became extremely poor, appointments were difficult to secure, and follow up after treatment was far below the standard I expected.

What concerns me the most is the lack of accountability when issues arise. Patients invest their time, money, and trust in a clinic, and the least they deserve is clear communication and proper aftercare. Instead, I found myself repeatedly trying to get updates and assistance without receiving the attention my case required.

A good clinic is judged not only by the treatment it provides but also by how it handles patients after the procedure. Sadly, my experience has been disappointing in both regards.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves its patient care and follow-up process. Until then, I cannot recommend this clinic based on my personal experience. Show less »

Just got my Emax teeth done with Dr Samer and honestly, he’s the best. Super easy to talk to, very chill, and makes the whole process feel comfortable. He explains everything clearly and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. The nurses were also kind and helpful the whole time.
So happy with my results highly recommend! 🦷🤩

I got my veneers done here, and Dr. Merwa did an amazing job! She was attentive throughout every step of the process, and the final result looks incredibly natural. Joy and Tiara were exceptional in assisting me as well. I would definitely recommend.

My experience with this clinic was very disappointing from start to finish. Their attitude is rude and careless, with absolutely no sense of professionalism or respect toward patients.

The offers and promotions they advertise are completely misleading and not genuine at all. Once you go for the first session, everything changes. They stop responding, ignore follow-ups, and make it extremely difficult to book or even discuss the remaining sessions that you already paid for.

There is a clear lack of organization, transparency, and ethical behavior. Customer service is almost non-existent, and you constantly feel like you’re being brushed off rather than cared for.

I would strongly not recommend this clinic to anyone. Think twice before trusting them with your money or your treatment. Show less »

I visited Celia Clinic, and I was truly impressed by their confidence in their work.
The reception was very warm, and the staff’s attitude was excellent and professional.
They have an elite team of outstanding Arab doctors.

Dr. Maryam guided me throughout the entire process. She is very caring, patient, and sweet, which made me feel comfortable and reassured at every step. I genuinely appreciate her professionalism and attention to detail.

I would also like to thank Karam, whom I spoke with during my first visit and had an impact of my decision on getting veneers. He was helpful. Thanks Karam.

I truly hope I won’t encounter any issues in the future regarding warranty matters, as I’ve read some mixed reviews, but overall, my experience has been very positive.
