I had a good overall experience at Clinical Joelle in Abu Dhabi. The staff were professional and the clinic itself is clean and generally well-organized. I tried their Hydrafacial, and while it was good and left my skin feeling refreshed, it wasn’t particularly outstanding or “wow” compared to other places I’ve tried. I had a good overall experience at Clinical Joelle in Abu Dhabi. The staff were professional and the clinic itself is clean and generally well-organized. I tried their Hydrafacial, and while it was good and left my skin feeling refreshed, it wasn’t particularly outstanding or “wow” compared to other places I’ve tried.

That said, I did expect a more luxurious atmosphere and a more personalized, special level of care given the clinic’s reputation. Unfortunately, the experience felt quite standard and didn’t really stand out in terms of service or attention to detail. During my session, someone entered the room, which affected the sense of privacy and relaxation. I also noticed that the wallpaper inside the room was damaged, which took away from the overall ambiance.

Because of these details, you don’t really feel like you’re in a luxury place or somewhere you’d go to fully pamper yourself. It’s still a decent option for a good treatment, but not the elevated or indulgent experience I was expecting. Show less »

I did my facial and derma pen with Sanaa if I’m not mistaken, she’s so good and I really highly appreciate her honesty with whatever I asked her, I highly recommend the clinic and specifically Sanaa :)

I had an amazing experience with Sana! I tried both a facial and dermapen treatment, and the results were incredible. My skin feels smooth, glowing, and honestly looks like glass skin .

Sana is professional, gentle, and really knows how to make your skin look its best. Highly recommend!

They really took their time, explained everything and were just incredibly sweet.

Really loved Randa at reception, such a sweetheart and just a joy to deal with. So sweet, so attentive and just welcoming with the most beautiful smile and attitude.
Sana was amazing for laser, super kind and lovely.
I also got a consult with Dr Yousra, she was lovely. Procedure with her was just seamless. She gave me great options and was honestly super attentive and caring throughout. Everything you would hope a physician would be.

Dr. Hala at Clinica Joelle is truly the best dermatologist!
Her Botox technique is incredibly precise, natural, and long-lasting — honestly the longest-lasting results I’ve ever had. She takes her time, explains everything, and you can really feel her expertise. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Amazing staff , very friendly and professional and smiling all the time , the manager Wafa takes care of clients from A to Z , taking them around the clinic , to see doctors and specialists to recommend the best treatments for them .

I don't recommend this clinic because the work is poor and the prices are exorbitant!
I paid 14,000 UAD for nothing.
The Botox and fillers weren't done properly.
I didn't feel comfortable as a foreigner, and the consultation with Dr. Hala was truly awful! I don't recommend this clinic and regret going there!
