I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Taj. I went for a facial consultation explaining clearly that my skin is inflamed and I suffer from frequent breakouts. However, she didn’t even properly examine my face to understand what was going on.

Instead of listening carefully, she immediately suggested using Roaccutane. When I told her that my skin is sensitive and reacts badly to Roaccutane, she casually told me to try another medication — and she didn’t even remember its name.

The whole interaction felt cold and dismissive. She didn’t seem interested in understanding my condition, and every concern I raised was met with “this won’t help anyway.” Then why am I even there if nothing will help?

What’s even more unprofessional is that this clinic deletes negative reviews from Instagram. People have the right to share honest experiences. Removing comments instead of improving your service shows a lack of accountability.

Honestly, this was a waste of time and money. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend. Show less »
