Worst customer service. I had consultation with Dr Gabriel and asked to see more photos of rhinoplasty that are similar to my procedure and nose. I was given a second appointment to see more photos and evidence of successful procedures. And after i reach I wait for 50 mins, and then am told by the doctor that cannot show me more photos. They manage to bring out more photos only after I left the clinic.

When I made a complaint, Samar sarcastically said “sorry for wasting your time madam”.

It is my basic right to see as many evidence as i need to make me feel comfortable to make a decision as big as rhinoplasty.

Although Rawaa was actually nice and did all she can to let me leave happy, i only wished it was coordinated better with the doctor. Show less »

Dr. Gabriel Saab performed my rhinoplasty 8 days ago (still very swollen) and the results have left me completely speechless. I felt zero discomfort throughout the rougher part of the recovery process, no pain, not even one physically uncomfortable moments, nothing. The only thing I experienced was a very brief headache from the anesthesia, and Dr. Viken Yeretzian, the anesthesiologist, was so kind and attentive that he resolved it with natural pain management methods and trigger point stimulation immediately, showing his thoughtfulness not to overmedicate. I felt so cared for the entire time.

Dr. Gabriel was wonderful from start to finish, and the team at Cosmosurge were warm, courteous and incredibly conscientious. It felt less like a surgery and more like a vacation, and I came back with my DREAM NOSE that perfectly fits my face far beyond my imagination. It is defined, perfectly triangular, catches light beautifully, looks unbelievable with contouring, completely natural. Dr. Gabriel corrected exactly the right amount, zero overcorrection, exceptionally natural and correct profile, no issues with cartilage, nothing.

Khalda is very professional and highly skilled in Medlite and laser treatments. Her work is clean, precise, and done with great attention to detail. She makes the patient feel comfortable and explains the procedure clearly.

Disappointed with Dr. Aliya’s unprofessional behavior

I had a 2:00 PM appointment today for touch-up . Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I arrived on time, but the doctor did not show up until around 2:40 PM. In the meantime, the nurses applied numbing cream without any prior consultation or confirmation that a touch-up was needed.

When Dr. Alia Mohamed Al-Ogail Ali Ballal finally came in, I expressed that I wasn’t happy with the results. Instead of listening with empathy, she responded with a rude and dismissive attitude. We spoke for about 20 minutes, and after checking my face, she decided I didn’t need a touch-up. I asked why the numbing cream was applied before any evaluation, and she simply said she didn’t want to waste time — which felt very disrespectful and careless.

There was no apology from her for the miscommunication or poor attitude, which left me feeling undervalued as a patient.

Thankfully, the staff member Lillian was very kind and understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns and apologized on behalf of the clinic, which I truly appreciated.

To anyone considering an appointment with Dr. Aliya — I strongly suggest thinking twice. A doctor’s skill is important, but so is how they treat people. No patient should be made to feel dismissed or unheard.

I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving the overall patient experience with more professionalism and respect. Show less »

Pharmacy is in same building which is very convenient

Room is clean and nice my room was in front of the main road which is bit noisy but comfortable for me to not feel lonely at night although Samar the manager asked me if I prefer to move to quiet area but I preferred to stay.

Provided food for patient is also very good

On top of that Samar is great leader and she answered my queries on time and available when needed … well done

My recommendation is if you have any operation please document the agreed required procedures with agreed prices in writing through WhatsApp or email etc. to avoid any misunderstanding prior to operation which I did and it work perfectly (please insure to do it) Show less »
