The doctors are good, at least from my experience. But everything else is an absolute disaster — from reception to nurses to facilities. Disappointed with Dr. Aliya’s unprofessional behavior I had a 2:00 PM appointment today for touch-up . Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Disappointed with Dr. Aliya’s unprofessional behavior

I had a 2:00 PM appointment today for touch-up . Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I arrived on time, but the doctor did not show up until around 2:40 PM. In the meantime, the nurses applied numbing cream without any prior consultation or confirmation that a touch-up was needed.

When Dr. Alia Mohamed Al-Ogail Ali Ballal finally came in, I expressed that I wasn’t happy with the results. Instead of listening with empathy, she responded with a rude and dismissive attitude. We spoke for about 20 minutes, and after checking my face, she decided I didn’t need a touch-up. I asked why the numbing cream was applied before any evaluation, and she simply said she didn’t want to waste time — which felt very disrespectful and careless.

There was no apology from her for the miscommunication or poor attitude, which left me feeling undervalued as a patient.

Thankfully, the staff member Lillian was very kind and understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns and apologized on behalf of the clinic, which I truly appreciated.

To anyone considering an appointment with Dr. Aliya — I strongly suggest thinking twice. A doctor’s skill is important, but so is how they treat people. No patient should be made to feel dismissed or unheard.

I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving the overall patient experience with more professionalism and respect. Show less »

I impressed with provided service and overall quality of procedures, staff and equipment. The anesthetization doctor is female as I asked for female team and all of them are excellent and injection given gently without any issue. Pharmacy is in same building which is very convenient

Room is clean and nice my room was in front of the main road which is bit noisy but comfortable for me to not feel lonely at night although Samar the manager asked me if I prefer to move to quiet area but I preferred to stay.

Provided food for patient is also very good

On top of that Samar is great leader and she answered my queries on time and available when needed … well done

My recommendation is if you have any operation please document the agreed required procedures with agreed prices in writing through WhatsApp or email etc. to avoid any misunderstanding prior to operation which I did and it work perfectly (please insure to do it) Show less »
