I got Botox with Dr Yara and the goal was never achieved not even after retouch, they asked for more money because I wanted Dysport and they never showed me the original bottle and told me they need to prepare the syringes... I waited for 4 months after the procedures I did in this clinic before posting my review. I’m upset and very disappointed: I was scammed! I got Botox with Dr Yara and the goal was never achieved not even after retouch, they asked for more money because I wanted Dysport and they never showed me the original bottle and told me they need to prepare the syringes before, Clearly the quality of toxin, fillers and skin booster are or either tampered or not the original products. I didn’t got any result whatsoever in any of the 4 procedures I paid: lip filler, face filler, Botox and Sculptra.
Always a new charge in the bill even we discussed the price before and no results. AVOID this unprofessional place please and save your money!! Show less »

I don’t recommend this place: they never show you the package of the products, they say they will and then show you only the prepared syringes. Always an extra charged never discussed before. I don’t recommend this place: they never show you the package of the products, they say they will and then show you only the prepared syringes. Always an extra charged never discussed before.
I had 3 procedures and none of them are showing any good result after 2.5 months:
1-lip filler and the form of the lips is not the one previously discussed.
2-Botox and retouch and no results.
3-Calcium fillers not the slightest improvement.
I have the impression that in this clinic is all about the money and no client satisfaction.
I did the procedures with Dr Yara, the first time when I pay everything okay, for the retouches all in a hurry and she didn’t even wait for the anesthesia to kick in.
I’m never coming back. A waste of time and money. Not recommended at all. Show less »

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dermazone Jumeirah, particularly with Dr. Eiman. I drove all the way from Ras Al Khaimah for this appointment and expected a professional, respectful consultation. Unfortunately, what I experienced was the complete opposite.

As soon as Dr. Eiman entered the room—within barely one minute—she immediately asked me to remove my mask. I had just undergone lip microneedling and was not comfortable doing so. When I politely asked why, her response was, “So I know who I’m talking to,” which I found unnecessary, dismissive, and rude.

Throughout the brief interaction, she continuously stared at my lips while I was speaking, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Instead of creating a safe, welcoming environment for a patient who already feels anxious in clinics, she made me feel judged. Her facial expressions and attitude suggested that my questions were strange or unimportant, and the entire encounter felt disrespectful.

Following this one-minute consultation, the price presented to me at the reception was significantly higher than what was discussed over WhatsApp. Because of the unexpected change and the uncomfortable experience, I decided not to proceed.

What happened next was even more unacceptable. I was told I needed to pay for the “consultation,” despite receiving no valuable information, no proper assessment, and no professional service. When I requested to speak to the manager, the same staff member who gave me the price claimed to be the manager. When I asked to speak to the owner, she laughed sarcastically at my face. I was already tired and upset, yet I was treated with zero empathy or professionalism, and was repeatedly told things like “this is ظلم للعيادة,” as if I was wrong for not wanting to pay for a service I did not receive.

In the end, I was pressured into paying for a consultation that was useless, unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable from start to finish.

This experience was a complete waste of my time, energy, and trust. I will be taking further action regarding this incident, and I absolutely do not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking respectful, honest, and professional care. Show less »

Always a wonderful experience Dermazone and Dr Osama! The receptionists are welcoming and smiling, they check In and make you feel comfortable! Dr Osama is just amazing 🤩 I have been going to him for a few years now! He makes you feel so comfortable and his knowledge and expertise give you 100% confidence in your procedures! He has been a god send with helping me with my migraines and Botox. I always recommend him to my friends and will never go anywhere else!
