I honestly don’t even know where to start.
A few days ago, I had surgery with Dr. Matthei, and I already feel like it has changed my life.
This procedure was something very personal to me, a complex I had carried for most of my life.
At 41, I thought my only option would be a full, invasive facelift, which honestly scared me a lot.
But instead of pushing me toward something aggressive, he suggested a much less invasive approach that was smarter, safer, and more adapted to my face and my needs.
The result is already absolutely spectacular.
Even with some swelling, I can clearly see the difference. My neck and jawline look tighter, younger, and more defined, but still completely natural.
It’s exactly what I hoped for, and even more.
But what truly makes this doctor and his team exceptional is not only the aesthetic result — it’s the human side.

From day one, they were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They take everything into account: not just beauty, but also your health, your safety, your fears, your comfort. You never feel like “just another patient.” You feel genuinely cared for.

My scars are minimal 4 -6 weeks post op and the natural look shows through. His patient care is excellent and he is kind and understanding. I had a couple of bad procedures in the past that didn’t go well and left me really unhappy and insecure about how I looked. For years I knew I wanted to fix things, but I was too scared to trust a doctor again — someone who would basically need to be an artist to sort out the asymmetry and the lumps, while doing as little as possible and without making me feel like I was being pulled apart again.

My biggest fear was finding someone good enough for me to trust.

Then I saw two of my friends who’d both had mummy makeovers with Dr. Viggo, and they looked absolutely amazing — natural, smooth, and honestly the best belly buttons I’ve ever seen. That’s when I thought, okay, I’ve found the one.

I made an appointment, and instantly I got such a good feeling from him and from Dr. Carlotta (who works with him). He told me everything I needed to hear without pushing extra procedures like others had done before. He just wanted to do exactly what I wanted — nothing more.

On the day of the surgery, he walked into my room with a tape measure around his neck and took so many measurements. He didn’t even let me breathe until every marking was absolutely perfect. I was so happy because I knew that’s exactly what I needed — for everything to be symmetrical again and for him to truly understand what I wanted.

The aftercare and his whole team were amazing too.

I honestly can’t say enough about how happy I am with the results. I can fully recommend him to anyone.

I want to take a moment to share my experience and express my deep gratitude for the incredible care I received from Dr. Vigo and his team.

At the beginning of the year, I was diagnosed with inner fractures in my implants, and it became clear that I needed to have them removed and replaced. During my initial consultation with Dr. Vigo, he took a lot of time to explain everything in detail — the different surgical options, the techniques available, and what would suit my active lifestyle best. As someone who exercises and trains a lot, this was really important to me. I felt immediately at ease and knew I was in the right hands.

It didn’t take me long to decide to move forward with the surgery — and it was honestly the best decision I could have made. The entire team was incredibly helpful and organized, especially when it came to handling the paperwork and everything related to insurance.

My surgery was scheduled, and I went in feeling calm and confident. Now, three weeks post-surgery, I feel amazing. Compared to previous procedures I’ve had, the pain level was surprisingly low, and I already have full range of motion in my arms — which is incredible. Even the scarring is minimal and already looks very nice and barely visible.

I truly and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Vigo and his team. They are not only highly professional and experienced, but also kind, supportive, and fully committed to their patients’ well-being.

A special thank you to his PA, Sara, who was always available for me — answering every question and supporting me through every step of the process, emotionally and practically.

For reference: Both of my implants were replaced, the capsules were cleaned, new implants were inserted, my nipples were adjusted, and some excess skin was removed.

I’m beyond happy with the result — the look, the feeling, everything. I can’t wait to wear normal bras again and enjoy this new chapter with confidence and comfort. 🌹🙏
