At first, I genuinely thought this would be a great service. I had high hopes that after completing all seven sessions, I’d see visible results. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Now that the sessions are done, I honestly don’t see any improvement at all. It feels like I’m back from start—if anything, the hair seems even thicker than before.
When it comes to customer service, I have no complaints. The staff were kind and accommodating, and for that, I’d give them five stars. But the service itself? Very disappointing. It felt ineffective and like nothing really happened despite the time and money invested.
I truly hope that in the future, or with the next customers, the service can be improved to better meet their expectations. Thank you still for accommodating me, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this to my friends.
