I would also like to appreciate Dr. Anila Punchiry, the radiologist and her team, for their professionalism and kindness. They handled the ultrasound with great care, explained the procedure patiently and ensured my wife was comfortable throughout the examination. Very disappointing experience. I visited the clinic with one of my staff members at around 4:45 PM due to a worksite injury to his left hand. We were informed that the orthopedic doctor would only be available after 5:00 PM, so we waited. Very disappointing experience. I visited the clinic with one of my staff members at around 4:45 PM due to a worksite injury to his left hand.

We were informed that the orthopedic doctor would only be available after 5:00 PM, so we waited. After the initial consultation, an X-ray was recommended, but the X-ray process itself took another 30 minutes of waiting. Once the results were reviewed, the doctor advised suturing, yet even after more than two hours at the clinic, the treatment had still not been completed and we were still waiting for the procedure.

What is most concerning is that this was a self-pay case. If the delays are this long for self-paying patients, I wonder how much longer insured patients have to wait.

This was an injury requiring prompt attention, but the overall process was extremely slow and poorly coordinated. I would not recommend this clinic for urgent or emergency cases. Management should seriously review patient flow and waiting times to improve the experience. Show less »

The pediatric doctor Doctor Ravi is excellent and very professional , I think he is the best in Umm alquwain ! . However, the nurse does not respect the appointment schedule. This is not professional at all and not what you expect from a respectable clinic. Prices should be clear and fixed from the beginning, not changed during payment.

Honestly, the service used to be much better before, especially when the previous staff, particularly the Filipino employees, were there. They were respectful, honest, clear in communication, and treated customers professionally. I never had such an experience before. Now unfortunately there is a big difference in both the laser section service and the clinic’s credibilityر overall. I was not happy with this experience and I would not recommend this clinic if this kind of behavior continues. Show less »

I kindly request that you take necessary steps to improve the reception service and reduce the waiting time for token issuance. Despite the quality service provided by the doctors and nurses, the overall experience at the front desk discourages me from recommending this clinic to others.

This is basically a daylight scam, and it’s nothing less than theft.
I’m truly disappointed with this kind of behavior from this clinic.
I’d rather spend my money somewhere trustworthy.
