I had a really positive experience at Dr. Sunny Medical Centre in Umm Al Quwain. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The doctors are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and appointments are managed efficiently — no long waiting times.

They charged me 260 AED just for asking about their skin care and laser services and the prices.
They said it was a “consultation fee.”
Honestly, in what part of the world do you have to pay just to ask about prices?

They also promised that this amount would be deducted from the service cost, but they didn’t keep their word, saying it was “already entered into the system.”

This is basically a daylight scam, and it’s nothing less than theft.
I’m truly disappointed with this kind of behavior from this clinic.
I’d rather spend my money somewhere trustworthy.
If you ever plan to visit this clinic, keep an eye on your wallet
