I came across the Endotherapy ad and decided to try it at this clinic. My experience with the beauty expert, Alyia, was absolutely amazing. She explained every step in detail, made sure I was comfortable, and answered all my questions patiently. Because of her professionalism and expertise, I immediately purchased a full Endotherapy package and even went on to try three additional services at the clinic. Alyia truly represents the standard of care and knowledge that customers expect.

Unfortunately, my experience with the management and front desk has been the complete opposite. On one occasion, I booked a 1.5-hour session, which the receptionist verbally confirmed. Due to a personal matter, I arrived 30 minutes late, which still left a full hour of my booked time. Instead of accommodating this, the receptionist was extremely rude and told me I would only receive 20 minutes. The manager, Amina, then got involved, and her behavior was shockingly unprofessional. Rather than handling the situation with courtesy, she told me I could take a refund but would not be allowed in. She even raised her voice at Alyia, the beauty expert, in front of me which was both disrespectful and uncalled for.

It’s very disappointing to see such a disconnect between the clinic’s talented beauty experts and the way management/reception treats clients. People come for professional care and respect, not to be spoken to rudely or turned away despite having paid and booked sessions. I truly hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously, because Alyia’s work is outstanding, but the unprofessional behavior from the receptionist and manager ruins the overall experience.

I had lip filler done today with Dr. Igor and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! He really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Finally found my new laser hair removal clinic!! Super happy I found dream up, their laser hair removal machine is incredibly effective. After just 1 session I already saw a huge reduction of hair growth, its finer and way more sparse. Finally found my new laser hair removal clinic!! Super happy I found dream up, their laser hair removal machine is incredibly effective. After just 1 session I already saw a huge reduction of hair growth, its finer and way more sparse. I appreciated her professionalism and expertise, which made me feel confident in the process.
