I am sharing my experience so other patients can make an informed decision.

I paid the full amount in advance for a surgical procedure at this clinic. The procedure was later canceled by the clinic because they were unable to process the surgeon’s DHA license. As the service was not provided, the clinic confirmed that a full refund was due.

The clinic stated that the refund was initiated on December 19, 2025, however no refund has been received to date. Since then, the clinic owner has provided multiple specific dates for repayment, none of which were honored.

I filed an official complaint with Dubai Economy & Tourism (Consumer Protection) on January 6, 2026. Even after intervention by DET and an additional commitment to refund by February 3, 2026, the payment was still not returned.

I am currently residing outside the UAE and have had to continue escalating this matter due to the prolonged non-refund of payment for a service that was never delivered.

I recommend that prospective patients confirm licensing, refund timelines, and payment policies in writing before making any advance payments.. Show less »

My first visit in 2010 to Dubai Cosmetic Surgery in my teens for my veneers and full body laser from that time i had never taught of going to any other clinic, and I will always continue to do my teeth treatment, facials and laser treatment from DCS clinic, I am always impressed with the results! the staff is incredibly welcoming and professional. Amazing customer service. I have gotten my rhinoplasty revision done and the results are outstanding. Definitely recommend. They were able to provide a proper follow up which is super important when you do such big surgery. Since I trusted them with my nose I then started doing my face fillers with them. My initial consultation with Houria, who is lovely by the way, was very informative, and covered all the queries/reservations that I had.
The doctor who completed my transplant on the day, could not have been more professional, and the staff who tended to me were friendly, and reassuring as they could see I was a little nervous. They remained friendly and courteous during my follow up treatment days also.
Overall, whether locally or further afield, I think one would struggle to find a higher level of professionalism and care than I have received here.
