Ajman One Tower has a good location with spacious apartments and basic amenities. However, maintenance and cleanliness could be improved. Elevator delays and parking issues are common. Security is decent, but overall management needs more attention. Has potential, but some upgrades are needed.

This place is a heart of ajman you will find here everything believe me if you want to be around a place where you require groceries 24/7 pharmacies 24/7 you will find you will see typing centre real estate’s ,famous pakistani indian food restaurants , roastery , bakery what rlae you wish for ?? Hi I’m a resident of Tower 7 and I love this place the view from the balcony, the play area on the first floor and the peaceful friendly environment. The service and security are amazing!!!However I left some suggestions in the box during my 20-day stay, but they haven’t been addressed yet. I hope they’re considered by the time I return.
I’m now at the airport heading back to my first home. A big thank you to everyone who was kind to me and the pakistani guards were especially kind and helpful i really appreciate their efforts (as a fellow pakistani i deeply respect them and appreciate their hard work) and to those behind the CCTV cameras (sorry for the silly things I did!). I appreciate everyone who keeps this place running smoothly. Allah Hafiz! Show less »

One of the best and biggest residential buildings in Ajman. The tower contains a play area and walking track. Tower has pharmacy , supermarket, restaurant, cafe and many more, all on the ground floor. The beach facing appartment is an added advantage.

My advise to the tower management is “ SECURITY SYSTEMS NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED VERY IMMEDIATELY ☠️ ” !! or else people will leave the tower forever on the search of peace✌️😁!. very poor service from the security team. 👮‍♀️ 😴 ⚡️ 🚪 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏽‍♂️ 🪟 💥🔨 Let my words stay here as long as google exists and for me it’s a diary note too 📝 Haha 😂 .
