I had a very disappointing experience at Enfield and the biggest issue is that I saw no results from the treatments I paid for.
I booked my consultation and requested a female doctor, which was arranged. When I arrived I had to wait around 30 min after my scheduled appointment time.
During the consultation I explained my concerns and what I wanted to achieve with my skin. The doctor simply mentioned two treatments and recommended that I proceed with them. She did not explain why these treatments were suitable for me, did not ask any questions about my skin, did not take the time to examine my skin to properly assess whether the treatments were appropriate. I found myself having to ask questions and try to get information from her rather than receiving professional guidance. For some reason I still decided to proceed.
I had one session of HIFU on my lower face and chin. A few weeks later I had my 1st Morpheus8 session on full face and neck (purchased 2 sessions).
The experience during my 1st Morpheus8 treatment was disappointing. My appointment was originally at 1800 but I was asked to come at 1730. Despite arriving earlier the actual treatment did not start until approx 1902.
After the numbing cream was applied the nurse simply left the room without explaining anything. I was left with the numbing cream on my face for more than an hour. Eventually I had to leave the room to look for someone. A few minutes after I complained the nurse and doctor appeared. There was no apology, no explanation and no attempt to ask how I was feeling.
During the treatment there was very little communication from the doctor. I had to ask questions myself, including how I should care for my skin afterwards and if I needed to apply anything immediately after the treatment, because I have very sensitive skin. I expected more guidance and care from a medical professional performing an aesthetic treatment.
The following day my face and neck were covered in pimples. Skin became extremely dry and dull, and it looked worse than before the treatment. My wrinkles appeared much more visible and the overall condition of my skin was the complete opposite of what I had expected.
Approx one month later, when I returned for my 2nd Morpheus8 session, which had already been paid for, my skin was still in poor condition and I had dark spots all over my face from the pimples. I requested to see a different doctor.
Dr. Amro treated me for the 2nd session, and the difference between his approach and my previous experience with Dr. Saba was significant. He properly analysed my skin, explained why I had experienced such a reaction and told me that Morpheus8 was too harsh for my skin. He explained that this treatment should be combined with other procedures to help calm my skin. He also explained step by step how I should care for my skin after the treatment.
I had no pimples after Dr. Amro performed the 2nd session, and my skin actually looked noticeably more radiant and healthy for around three weeks.
Unfortunately, this is the only positive result I can mention.
I spent a total of AED 5460 on these treatments and I cannot justify the outcome. I have no idea how it is possible that the HIFU produced no result whatsoever. I took pictures before the treatment and continued taking it to monitor the results. My HIFU treatment was done in April and to this day I cannot see any improvement.
Because Enfield is very close to my home I still decided to book a Hydrafacial and a consultation for underarm Botox.
I made these appointments approx one week in advance. Just one day before, the clinic moved my appointment 30 min later and then moved it by another 30 minutes. They did not ask if the new timing was convenient, they simply notified me.
I asked them to cancel both appointments.
The following day I received a call asking why I did not show up for my appointments.
Unfortunately that was my experience. No clear communication, no respect for the customer’s time, and no results from the treatments. Show less »

I’m not complaining about the irritation and burning after the Botox, as I understand that such reactions can occur medically.

My concern is the way the procedure was performed and, more importantly, the lack of basic hygiene standards.

I asked the team to show me the product used, simply to confirm that the original Korean product was administered, but my request was refused.

During the procedure, the doctor caused significant bruising, and her lack of confidence was concerning. She was asking me where I wanted the injections, instead of assessing and deciding the appropriate injection points herself.

More seriously, the hygiene standards were extremely disappointing. The doctor entered the room visibly sweating and dripping with sweat, with her hair loose, no mask, and no apparent proper hand or skin sterilization. Her clothes were wet from sweat. The second doctor also had very long nails, which is completely inappropriate for an injection procedure.

When I asked for ice afterwards, the nurse sent a cleaner who brought it in his bare hands, without gloves, for me to put directly on my face.

This is supposed to be a hospital. Basic hygiene, infection control, and professional standards should not be something patients have to ask for.

The emotional and financial impact has been devastating. We are now spending over AED 70,000 on treatments to try to correct the damage and restore her skin.

What made this experience even more disappointing was the lack of follow-up from the clinic. I called several times to raise our concerns, and each time I was told that the issue would be escalated and that someone would contact us. Despite these repeated assurances, no one ever called us back or followed up in any way.

I understand that every patient’s skin can respond differently to treatment, but I expected the clinic to take our concerns seriously, communicate with us, and provide appropriate support after the outcome we experienced. Instead, we felt ignored.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Enfield Medical Clinic. I hope they improve not only their patient care and communication but also the way they handle concerns when a patient reports a serious complication. Show less »

2. The procedure took around 9–10 hours, so you need to be mentally prepared. There are a lot of injections, and you’ll definitely feel some discomfort and pain.

Now for the positives.

1. I’m very happy with the results so far, especially since it’s only been 4 months. I can already see a big difference, and I’m excited to see how it looks after 6 months and beyond.
2. The nurses were amazing and very supportive throughout the whole process. I don’t remember her name, but I believe one of the nurses was Palestinian, and she did an incredible job. I’m really happy with her work.

I’d also like to thank the doctors. Standing and working for 9–10 hours straight is not easy, and I truly appreciate all the effort they put in.

I have visited Enfield Royal Abu Dhabi in the past and previously had very good experiences with their laser services. However, during my most recent visit, I faced issues with scheduling and communication.

I confirmed my laser appointment two weeks in advance for 11:00 am, which the clinic later adjusted to 11:30 am. When I arrived, I was informed that laser services were not available on Sundays and that no technician was scheduled that day. This was unexpected, as the appointment had been confirmed. The manager could not offer me anything to help.

As I was leaving, I noticed the laser technician who has treated me before arriving at the clinic, which added to my confusion regarding the information I had just received.

Overall, there seemed to be a misunderstanding or miscommunication regarding scheduling, which led to inconvenience during my short visit to the UAE. I hope the clinic reviews its internal coordination to prevent similar issues for other clients. Show less »

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the treatment plan I received at your clinic.
Before starting my sessions, I clearly informed the consultant that my primary concern was to remove acne spots and pigmentation from my face. Based on this, I was advised to proceed with Exosome and Profhilo treatments. However, after completing the sessions, I have not noticed any visible improvement in my acne spots or pigmentation.
During one of my Profhilo sessions, the attending doctor mentioned that Profhilo is mainly intended for skin hydration and glow — not for treating acne or dark spots. This was quite disappointing, as it appears that the initial recommendation was not aligned with my actual skin concern.
I still have one remaining session scheduled for 8 November, and I would like to request an exchange of this session for a treatment that specifically targets acne scars and pigmentation, as that was my original and stated concern.
I trust that Royal Medical Center values patient satisfaction and transparency in providing appropriate medical advice. Therefore, I kindly request your management to review my case and advise on a suitable

On several occasions, she even helped me resolve miscommunications I had with the clinic’s call center, which shows how much she goes above and beyond for her clients. I would give Danya 5 stars without hesitation!

However, I would give fewer stars to the call center, as the WhatsApp communication was not always clear or reliable. My advice is to arrange your appointments directly with the reception to avoid these issues. Show less »
