She explained every step of the procedure very clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was relaxed throughout the session. Her behavior was extremely professional, polite, and friendly. The way she performed the laser treatment was smooth, careful, and absolutely perfect.

I have visited Enfield Royal Abu Dhabi in the past and previously had very good experiences with their laser services. However, during my most recent visit, I faced issues with scheduling and communication.

I confirmed my laser appointment two weeks in advance for 11:00 am, which the clinic later adjusted to 11:30 am. When I arrived, I was informed that laser services were not available on Sundays and that no technician was scheduled that day. This was unexpected, as the appointment had been confirmed. The manager could not offer me anything to help.

As I was leaving, I noticed the laser technician who has treated me before arriving at the clinic, which added to my confusion regarding the information I had just received.

Overall, there seemed to be a misunderstanding or miscommunication regarding scheduling, which led to inconvenience during my short visit to the UAE. I hope the clinic reviews its internal coordination to prevent similar issues for other clients. Show less »

Dr. Amro Abushakra has a truly individual approach. He listens carefully my expectations, takes other health issues into account, and provides attentive care after the procedures, as well.
I especially appreciate his professionalism.
He accurately assesses my needs and selects the most effective treatments. Moreover, he has a wonderful way of easing pre-procedure stress, always warm, kind, reassuring. He is focus but he effectively distracts me from any discomfort during the treatment. Just love it his attitude.
I always feel in good hands with him.

A word of appreciation also goes to all the nurses, assistants, and the reception staff, who take care of the patient’s comfort in a highly professional manner.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the treatment plan I received at your clinic.
Before starting my sessions, I clearly informed the consultant that my primary concern was to remove acne spots and pigmentation from my face. Based on this, I was advised to proceed with Exosome and Profhilo treatments. However, after completing the sessions, I have not noticed any visible improvement in my acne spots or pigmentation.
During one of my Profhilo sessions, the attending doctor mentioned that Profhilo is mainly intended for skin hydration and glow — not for treating acne or dark spots. This was quite disappointing, as it appears that the initial recommendation was not aligned with my actual skin concern.
I still have one remaining session scheduled for 8 November, and I would like to request an exchange of this session for a treatment that specifically targets acne scars and pigmentation, as that was my original and stated concern.
I trust that Royal Medical Center values patient satisfaction and transparency in providing appropriate medical advice. Therefore, I kindly request your management to review my case and advise on a suitable
alternative treatment
or compensation for the session.

I had a great experience at Enfield Royal Clinic Abu Dhabi thanks to Danya. She was exceptional, very professional, always on time, extremely knowledgeable, and full of passion for her work. She explained all the treatments clearly and guided me through everything with great care.

On several occasions, she even helped me resolve miscommunications I had with the clinic’s call center, which shows how much she goes above and beyond for her clients. I would give Danya 5 stars without hesitation!

However, I would give fewer stars to the call center, as the WhatsApp communication was not always clear or reliable. My advice is to arrange your appointments directly with the reception to avoid these issues. Show less »

Instead, the doctor seemed a bit disengaged, possibly because I wasn’t booked in advance (I have arrived late for my appointment but informed earlier but even my appointment was not in their system) so dr was like i can't see your appointment. She simply asked what treatment I wanted and handed me a paper to get a quote from reception, without providing any detailed explanation or advice.
