Enfield is the best medical center in Abu dhabi for me. The Doctor was great and was able to educate me well on how to do the right skin routine. In addition the staffs there are very accommodating and was able to book an appointment easily. And at the same time the follow up call to remind me about my appointment that I almost forgot due to my busy schedule... Show more »

I had a great experience at Enfield Royal Clinic Abu Dhabi thanks to Danya. She was exceptional, very professional, always on time, extremely knowledgeable, and full of passion for her work. She explained all the treatments clearly and guided me through everything with great care.

On several occasions, she even helped me resolve miscommunications I had with the clinic’s call center, which shows how much she goes above and beyond for her clients. I would give Danya 5 stars without hesitation!

However, I would give fewer stars to the call center, as the WhatsApp communication was not always clear or reliable. My advice is to arrange your appointments directly with the reception to avoid these issues. Show less »

I was hoping for a detailed assessment of my current hair health followed by professional guidance on suitable treatments. Instead, the doctor seemed a bit disengaged, possibly because I wasn’t booked in advance (I have arrived late for my appointment but informed earlier but even my appointment was not in their system) so dr was like i can't see your appointment. She simply asked what treatment I wanted and handed me a paper to get a quote from reception, without providing any detailed explanation or advice. I believe consultations should be more personalized and informative, especially for first-time visitors. Show less »
