I visited this clinic for GLP-1 treatment and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I visited this clinic for GLP-1 treatment and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was attentive before payment, but once I had paid, there was very little follow-up or support throughout my treatment.

I was repeatedly encouraged to have blood tests and IV treatments at the clinic, which were quite expensive. While I understand these services may be appropriate for some patients, they should feel optional. When I declined, I felt that the staff’s attitude became noticeably less welcoming.

For the price charged, I expected a much higher standard of patient care, communication, and follow-up. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and focuses more on supporting patients rather than promoting additional paid service. Show less »

This is a clinic where people should be treated
with respect and made to feel at ease. I have never experienced this before with any member of staff here which made it especially disappointing.
I will be raising this with management and sadly it has made me reconsider returning. Show less »

I’ve had a great experience in the American aesthetic center, I had a hair and eyebrow transplant with them, and I’m very happy with the results so far, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the follow up from them truly makes you feel that they care about all their customers.
