Honestly, when I first contacted the clinic to book some treatments, I asked about discounts, and they offered me something really amazing. They explained that they have special discounts for individuals, and even better discounts for groups booking together.
We went as a group, and they gave us a really great discount, on top of the amazing service we received. I can honestly say the service was absolutely five star!
I genuinely felt that I was dealing with a clinic that truly values its patients and cares about their experience. I loved everything about it, and the professionalism and credibility of the service really stood out to me. Also shoutout to Noora, very nice smile she have in greeting the patient. Special to Nadia for everything.
Honestly, this is one of the best clinics I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ll definitely continue coming back. I had heard so many great things about them before, but I wasn’t completely convinced until I experienced it myself and now I can truly say that everything I heard was absolutely true.

What I appreciate most about Dr. Kholoud is her honesty and transparency. She explains everything clearly, gives realistic expectations, and never pushes unnecessary treatments.

I’ve already noticed a visible improvement in my knees regarding pigmentation , and what made me trust the clinic even more is their professionalism and exceptional attention to hygiene. Every product is opened and used in front of you, and Dr. Kholoud’s commitment to cleanliness and sterilization is truly outstanding.

My first appointment at 8:30 PM was cancelled at the last minute, even though I was traveling from Sharjah. Compensation was promised.

For the rescheduled visit, I arrived on time but had to wait approximately 20 minutes for the doctor to arrive at the clinic.

I booked specifically for laser resurfacing. The availability of a Russian-speaking doctor was confirmed in advance; however, no such doctor was present, and the consultation was conducted in English.

I have previously undergone laser resurfacing and am familiar with how the procedure is normally performed. During this visit, additional services were promoted, and the procedure itself raised doubts as to whether a full laser resurfacing was actually carried out.

The price was quoted at 500 AED, and I ultimately paid 400 AED.

Overall, the level of organization, service transparency, and consistency between advertising and the services actually provided require serious improvement. Show less »

✨ Michelle is my absolute favorite! I love her so much — she’s kind, lovely, and incredibly helpful. Her laser hair removal sessions are the best I have ever had in my entire laser hair removal journey.

✨ Jeff is such a lovely and funny person. He is always there to advise me and support me with anything I need.

✨ And to the doctor MITRA who did all my treatments (Salmon DNA, Face Botox, Exosomes), words cannot describe how professional and caring she is. The way she applies the injections, the way she treats me the way she advise me the way she knows about everything I ask her about….. I just love her work and her kindness.
