I chose this clinic based on their advertisement, which suggested a high standard of service. The actual experience was disappointing.

My first appointment at 8:30 PM was cancelled at the last minute, even though I was traveling from Sharjah. Compensation was promised.

For the rescheduled visit, I arrived on time but had to wait approximately 20 minutes for the doctor to arrive at the clinic.

I booked specifically for laser resurfacing. The availability of a Russian-speaking doctor was confirmed in advance; however, no such doctor was present, and the consultation was conducted in English.

I have previously undergone laser resurfacing and am familiar with how the procedure is normally performed. During this visit, additional services were promoted, and the procedure itself raised doubts as to whether a full laser resurfacing was actually carried out.

The price was quoted at 500 AED, and I ultimately paid 400 AED.

Overall, the level of organization, service transparency, and consistency between advertising and the services actually provided require serious improvement. Show less »
