Unlike many other clinics, at Glow, they care more about you than how much you pay. Very concerning and respectful staff. I have seen some people treating them badly and I feel sad. I have been visiting the Barsha branch for a long time and have always had a very good experience there. The staff are professional, appointments are well managed, and the overall service has been satisfactory.

However, my experience at the Sharjah branch was quite different. Getting an appointment was challenging and not as smooth as expected. During my last MNRF treatment, I was attended by a new doctor. Unfortunately, I developed scars near my eyes and cheek, which took a long time to heal. Due to this, I had to visit another clinic for further treatment and recovery.

Based on my experience, I would still highly recommend the Barsha branch, but I hope the Sharjah branch improves its appointment management and ensures greater care and consistency during treatments. Show less »

She took the time to explain the entire process, what to expect during each session, and how to care for my skin afterward.

The treatments themselves were quick, surprisingly comfortable, and handled with such professionalism. Joanna checked in with me throughout to ensure I was doing okay and adjusted settings when needed. Her attention to detail and calm, reassuring manner made the whole experience stress-free.

After just a few sessions, I’ve already noticed significant reduction in hair growth, smoother skin, and almost no irritation. My underarms and bikini area, especially, have never looked or felt better.
