My first experience with one of their doctors was unfortunately not very good. However, the clinic handled the situation professionally and really tried to rectify it. Dr. Raquel Fercasy was amazing, she did wonderful work, listened carefully to my concerns, and I’m very happy with the final result. Thank you for turning my experience around.

From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed thanks to a warm and professional reception. The clinic itself is beautiful, very chic, modern, and perfectly maintained. You truly feel like you’re in a high-end environment.
The team is amazing, highly professional, caring, and genuinely human. The doctors take the time to listen, understand your needs, and provide very precise advice with impressive expertise.
Another big + is their availability after treatments, they are very responsive via text, which is extremely reassuring.
The quality of care is far above what you find elsewhere. This is clearly luxury level service.

From the warm welcome and beautiful reception, to the perfect cappuccino and thoughtful details throughout, everything was impeccable.

The nursing team were friendly, calm, and highly professional.

Dr. Nataliya is exceptional. Warm, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and performed the treatment flawlessly, answering all questions with honesty and care.

The clinic is one of the most beautiful and professional esthetic medical spaces I have visited anywhere in the world, and I have travelled across five continents.
Bravo to Anastasia Hortman, Darius, Lilia and the entire teak for setting such a high standard in Dubai.

I had laser hair removal with Laser Specialist Jan, i was very nervous as i have never had laser hair removal before. But she explained step by step and eased my nerves.
