Outstanding service, always welcoming, caring from the moment you step in, the atmosphere you can feel the difference. i can’t enough praise how exceptional the whole team are. I’ve been seeing Dr Nataliya and she is the absolute best, really knowledgeable, knows what’s best for you, i always feel very comfortable and trust her fully with my face. Every time i visit, nurse Lala take good care of me with a warm smile. Dr Nataliya and nurse Lala are a powerful team together. I am so grateful for them. OUTSTANDING experience at Hortman Clinic.

From the warm welcome and beautiful reception, to the perfect cappuccino and thoughtful details throughout, everything was impeccable.

The nursing team were friendly, calm, and highly professional.

Dr. Nataliya is exceptional. Warm, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and performed the treatment flawlessly, answering all questions with honesty and care.

The clinic is one of the most beautiful and professional esthetic medical spaces I have visited anywhere in the world, and I have travelled across five continents.
Bravo to Anastasia Hortman, Darius, Lilia and the entire teak for setting such a high standard in Dubai.

The entire team at the Hortman Clinic is fantastic, everyone is extremely friendly and caring. Dr. Nataliya Sanytska is highly professional and very empathetic. I feel very comfortable with her and trust her recommendations. The reception team is also very friendly and helpful. Even though I visited spontaneously without an appointment, they accommodated me for my brief follow-up examination. I had laser hair removal with Laser Specialist Jan, i was very nervous as i have never had laser hair removal before. But she explained step by step and eased my nerves. I am so grateful for the amazing team at Hortman Clinic. The employees are incredibly kind and caring, and the atmosphere always feels welcoming like entering home.

A special thanks to Dr. Alexander Konovalov, a truly magical chiropractor who has been helping me recover from wrist and neck pain, the relief I have experienced is life-changing. I am so happy to have found him here in Dubai.

At the reception, Mai, Dilia, Ali, and Shakira are simply wonderful, always supportive, attentive, and so kind. And a big thank you to Ali, who helps keep me healthy with his fresh juices, beautifully served in glass bottles.
