I visited Kaya Clinic at Mega Mall, Sharjah on November 24, 2025, and my experience has been truly excellent. The service provided by the clinic is outstanding, and the entire team is very professional and supportive.

I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Zeba Irfan, who recommended and guided me throughout my treatment. She is very kind, professional, and always ensures an immediate response and proper support whenever needed. Her dedication to customer service is truly commendable.

I visited the clinic to reduce my weight without any side effects or surgical procedures. After the consultation, I felt very confident and decided to start the treatment immediately. I am extremely happy with the results. Within three months, I reduced 17 kg, which was a great achievement for me. The treatment was also very affordable.

This treatment is definitely worth it. However, it is very important to follow the dietitian’s instructions carefully, maintain a proper diet, and do regular exercise to achieve the best results.

I had a very disappointing experience at Kaya Clinic, Mega Mall branch. Despite arriving 20 minutes early for my appointment, I was made to wait for over 2 hours. This shows a complete lack of respect for the patient’s time.
What’s worse is the treatment during follow-up consultations. Since follow-ups are supposed to be free (as the consultation fee is already paid on the first visit), the staff seemed uninterested and dismissive. It felt like they only prioritize patients who are making fresh payments.
This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. I expected professional and consistent care, but sadly, that was not the case here. Definitely not coming back. Show less »
