Also the review I saw, I don’t agree maybe it’s paid reviews cause when I asked for complimentary service - they gave me a pathetic facial which only had a mask in facial

So I’m getting my Hair laser Treatment done for which I have paid three times extra then the regular Clinic to Kaya

First I was informed that my hair will be gone by 6 sessions

If not then by 8 max and I had a question if these guys will take care of those sessions as they told me that I will need 6-8 session based on my hair growth

They said that they won’t charge me. Now interestingly - the hair isn’t gone. I did this for a reason as I have a facial hair and I was so done with the hair removal procedure

So they suggested to go for hair laser, trust me when I say this - it has worsen - reason now I have started shaving my face and almost 3rd day I have to shave.

It’s that bad

The hair is coming back really thick

I’m not sure why I paid so much and why the hair is not gone. Or even reducing. Like literally nothing has happened

To all those who planning to go for candela since I have taken that - please make sure you ask them this question and get confirmation

This is extremely disappointing and I have simply wasted a lot of money and time

Also they said they will give something - and the stupid facial they gave me wasn’t even facial . Just a mask that they put which again was pathetic on my skin. Instead I got a lot of pimples and the facial seems to be very cheap

I've had a very positive experience at Kaya Clinic in Al Barsha. Their prices are quite reasonable for the quality of service and treatments you receive, especially compared to many other clinics in Dubai.

A special mention to Shermeen, the technician, who is incredibly skilled, gentle, and professional. She always makes treatments comfortable and takes the time to explain everything, which makes a huge difference.

I also appreciate that procedures such as chemical peels are carried out under proper medical supervision, which gives extra confidence in the safety and quality of the treatments.

The team can be a little sales-oriented at times and will recommend additional services or packages, but they've always been respectful and never pushy, which I appreciate.

I had a very disappointing experience at Kaya Skin Clinic, Barsha Heights, and it raises serious concerns about their ethics of service and sales-driven approach.

I visited the clinic last December 2025 for a skin consultation. I was charged AED 150 for the consultation, with the staff stating that the normal price is AED 350 and that I received a year-end offer. While I understand that dermatologist consultations in Dubai can range from around AED 200–600, the issue here was not just the price, but the quality and professionalism of the consultation provided.

There was no skin scan, no physical examination, and no proper diagnostic assessment of my skin. The consultation was limited to a brief discussion with the doctor about what could be done, without actually analyzing or checking my skin condition. For a paid medical consultation, I expected at least a basic examination or objective evaluation.

What followed was even more concerning. The consultant presented me with an extremely expensive treatment package that made little sense, especially given that my skin had not been properly assessed. When I declined due to the cost, I was immediately offered discounts, asked to reduce the number of sessions, and encouraged to “adjust” the package to fit my budget. This kind of negotiation felt highly unprofessional and sales-oriented, not medical or ethical.

I was also pressured to purchase their in-house skincare products, which were significantly overpriced. The entire experience felt less like a dermatology clinic and more like a sales pitch designed to maximize revenue.

While charging for consultations is common in Dubai, charging without providing a proper examination, followed by aggressive upselling, is not acceptable. A genuine skincare clinic should prioritize transparency, accurate diagnosis, and patient trust ,not pressure tactics.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious, insist on proper skin evaluation, and ask for full written price breakdowns before agreeing to any treatment here. Show less »

However, I had issues with scheduling. After my first session, my next appointment was canceled due to bad weather, which I completely understood. Unfortunately, I did not receive any follow-up or rescheduled appointment and only heard back after I personally reached out. Now it has been more than a month since my first session, making it difficult to assess the effectiveness of the treatment.

They were also unable to squeeze me in for an appointment, which was disappointing. This experience highlights why I was initially hesitant to avail a package. While the treatment itself was good, the scheduling and follow-up process needs improvement, especially in managing clients who are overdue for their next session.

I hope the clinic improves this aspect of their service, as the staff and facilities are otherwise very good. Show less »
