I did my 6th laser session at Kaya Clinic and it was comfortable as always. Meenakshi was lovely as always! She is wonderful to talk to and always checks if you are okay if anything needs to be adjusted throughout the session. Thank you for another wonderful session 🌸

I've been going to Kaya Clinic for laser treatment for two years now. Meena does it for me and she's awesome. She's always been super cooperative with my schedule and tells me everything I need to know before and after treatment. I'd totally recommend her if you want to feel comfortable and confident during your treatments.

After three sessions, I am already very happy with the results. I had laser hair removal before in another country with no real effect, so I was a bit skeptical at first, but the outcome so far has been very satisfying.

The procedure is quick and painless. I do my sessions with Miss Huda, she is very attentive and always checks if I am comfortable. Everything is done carefully and in a clean environment. I also had a consultation with a doctor at the beginning, which helped me feel confident about the treatment.

I am from Sharjah, but I came all the way to Ras Al Khaima after hearing that the male laser therapist in this branch is really professional. I had one session with Joseph, and he was really professional and respectful. Because of that, I have been coming to this branch every month for the last year, and will continue doing so. The clinic is very poor in managing appointments. Even if you arrive on time, you’ll still have to wait at least 15 to 30 minutes before being seen. Their policies are also inconsistent sometimes they ask you to sign a consent form, and other times they don’t, with no clear explanation.

On top of that, the receptionist claimed I was late, even though I had actually arrived before on three different occasions — and still had to wait over 20 minutes each time. Very unprofessional.

I always follow the same procedure and method — why was it different this time?

Kaya never fails to deliver exactly what I need. Every visit leaves me feeling cared for and confident in my skin. I’m always impressed by genuine warmth I receive the moment I walk in. I love how they provide only the thing i need. The only clinic i trust for my Botox and lasers. Always super happy with the results and the overall experience!
