I recently visited Kaya Clinic at Mazaya Mall and had an excellent experience from start to finish.

My consultation with Dr. Swagata was particularly impressive. She took the time to understand my concerns, explained every treatment option clearly, and recommended procedures that would genuinely enhance my appearance rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. Her honest and personalized approach immediately gave me confidence.

I proceeded with RF treatment and facial contouring, and I am very pleased with the results. The improvement is noticeable, yet everything looks natural and balanced—which was exactly what I was hoping for.

The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and very well organized. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my visits, making the experience comfortable and stress-free.

A special thank you to Dr. Swagata for her expertise, honesty, and attention to detail. It’s refreshing to find a doctor who focuses on achieving natural-looking results while keeping the patient’s best interests in mind.

I’ve been visiting Kaya Clinic at Mazyad Mall for laser hair removal and facial treatments, and my experience has been very positive. The staff are professional, friendly, and always make me feel comfortable during my appointments. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and appointments are handled efficiently. I’ve noticed good results from my laser sessions, and the hair facial treatments have helped improve the health and appearance of my hair. Very very bad Service and not trust anymore.
I had visited kaya clinic, mazyed mall location. Abudhabi For doing my wife Face Laser treatment.
They had convinced us for taking packages (6 times)for doing Laser treatment. For second sitting we had a call for appoinment many times n, They are not interested to give us appointment, we informed the scenario to the manager and customer care, they told we will give a solution,again no response
We called again not respinding so we visited the mazyed mall clinic to return our money that if they are not giving solution . they told us we don't have option to return your money.
Same day manager informed us to wait for few days for another appoinment, we told we dont wan to do from their...
after two days they arranged another clinic to do remaining sitting. But it is very far from my location . I told i can't be there its far, Do arrange something near or give us our money back... We will do any near clinic

Now again its around one month finished, no response.. See the responsibilities of management and staff.
What we did the mistake is, we belive kaya clinic so they treat us very bad and cheat us smoothly.
Am not recommending anymore this clinic and i will move to labour and health department to notice this issue, this never happen any more to other people. Show less »

Poor after-sales service with zero accountability and a whole lot of lying from their side(from the front desk). When waiting for my appointment, they sent multiple clients in during my appointed time. Poor after-sales service with zero accountability and a whole lot of lying from their side(from the front desk). When waiting for my appointment, they sent multiple clients in during my appointed time. They have no proper system to track appointments, there are no established prices for the treatments nor will you get any receipts from them. I asked them to cancel my pending Tabby payment(haven't made use of all my treatments) and they strung me around for weeks telling they'll contact their management and get back to me. They didn't call me back regarding this matter. A bit of advice for people who care: don't make the mistake I made and do try to avoid using Tabby/similar payment methods as much as possible and pay out of your existing balance. Tabby will not help you with anything, they won't even try to contact the 'merchant side' like they claim to.😄 As a final note, I would advise to opt for other skin clinics where there is actual bookkeeping and transparency. :) Show less »

As a mother with a newborn and no driving ability, I had to take an Uber both ways. After arriving and waiting, the receptionist informed me—right before entering—that they had changed my appointment from a female doctor to a male doctor without notifying me in advance. I ended up canceling and leaving, wasting my time, money, and effort. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and I truly hope they start respecting patients’ time and needs. Show less »

I'm undergoing a similar scenario that Ms. Nishana Radhakrishnan faced, hope i saw her review earlier.

I was facing severe Hairfall, so I booked an appointment with the Kaya clinic at Mazyad mall on 08/07/2025, hoping that they are specialists for hair and skin.
I expected the attending Doctor (Dr. Vivek Mehta) to examine me and make a thorough diagnosis before suggesting any treatment, because that is the right way to do it, especially in the medical field.
Whereas, he just saw my scalp and suggested the treatment(Mesotherapy& Curacen), and told me to take blood tests, and failed to explain what the treatment is for and why he is suggesting this particular treatment for me on the very first day of consultation(08/07/2025). Treatment plans should be communicated directly by the attending physician after all necessary diagnostic procedures. However, in this case, it was communicated by staff member (Anjana Baudh), without proper clinical evaluation.
He directed me to Anjana Baudh, stating that she would explain the procedures, and she immediately explained the payment for the treatment. When I asked my doubts saying don’t you need to wait for my blood test reports before commencing the procedure, she brushed off saying it is a simple procedure doesn’t require the report and asked the doctor to perform the treatment right away (around 8 p.m on 08/07/2025) after I made my first Tabby Payment.
I had my doubts, hence I told her to reschedule the treatment two days later. And I suffered an acute episode of Trypanophobia on 10/07/2025 and it did not feel right to undergo the treatment or proceed any further.
What alarms me is that Neither the doctor or the staff were least concerned about my blood test report or never even enquired if I have any other underlying medical condition , and jumped to start the treatment right away and were trying to convince me to take the treatment right away despite my panic and anxiety attack. And they never bothered to contact me about my blood report or make any further attempt after Jul 10th, 2025.
And my blood reports state that I have severe Vitamin D deficiency and Anemia. The reason, I visited Kaya skin clinic in the first place was to address the root cause of my Hairfall , instead of doing a detailed diagnosis, it is alarming how such clinics sell treatments to patients like it is a commodity on the very first day of consultation. Such an unprofessional medical clinic is the reason for many medical negligence and medical errors. Thank God I did not fall prey to one such instance.

And I wrote them series of e-mail requesting an immediate refund and to stop the tabby installments immediately, because no treatment was taken or undergone other than the consultation. No response or follow up from them. The entire clinic is causing me extreme distress for choosing it in the first place. Tabby on the other hand is not helping and never contacts the merchant and refuses to pause/hold the payment for something I never received in the first place.
I have no other choice but to resort to legal help and report the situation to MOHAP for the medical negligence and for zero accountability and how they tried to sell the treatment to me. Also, as a consumer, I do not wish to undergo this extreme trauma regarding the payments, reminder calls & penalties, for something I never received.

I am beyond disappointed by my experience at Kaya. This is the SECOND time they have managed to DAMAGE my hair with their soft light laser. My hair is burned and falling out now. After the first incident, they offered “free sessions" as compensation, but the damage happened AGAIN during the supposed fix. I came here seeking treatments, not further problems... Show more »

I am beyond disappointed by my experience at Kaya. This is the SECOND time they have managed to DAMAGE my hair with their soft light laser. My hair is burned and falling out now. After the first incident, they offered “free sessions" as compensation, but the damage happened AGAIN during the supposed fix.

I came here seeking treatments, not further problems. The incompetence and lack of care are astounding. They refuse to take responsibility, refuse a refund, and they want me to pay and start hair repair sessions after THEY damaged it. All they care about is the money.
