I have completed more than 12 laser sessions at Kaya Clinic, but I will not be coming back or recommending it to anyone. While the treatments themselves were fine, the service has changed since the staff change. The receptionist working with the cosmetic doctor is not welcoming and has been rude to patients, which leaves a very negative impression. A clinic... Show more »

Absolutely horrible experience, after new management and new team arrived. They ripped me off by misselling both the treatment and the alleged payment plan - all to try to squeeze more money out of me (despite me being a customer since 2009). Set appointments are frequently rescheduled by the business. Sessions feel more focused on selling additional services than providing a relaxing experience. Overall, communication and consistency have been disappointing.
