I honestly had a really disappointing experience with Kaya Clinic.

I booked a HydraFacial and confirmed twice on WhatsApp that my appointment was at 7:30 PM. I even left work early to make sure I would arrive on time. When I got there, the receptionist wasn’t welcoming at all — no greeting, just “take a seat.”

After waiting about 10 minutes past my appointment time, I went to ask if they were running late. I was told, very casually, “They’re eating, just wait.” That already felt quite unprofessional.

Then about 15 minutes later, they told me my appointment was actually at 6:30 PM — which was simply not true. I showed them the WhatsApp confirmation clearly stating 7:30 PM. There was no real apology, just more waiting.

On top of that, I was suddenly asked for my Emirates ID, which no one had mentioned I needed to bring. It would have been helpful to know that in advance.

Before the appointment, I was also repeatedly called and pushed to buy a promotional offer that I had already declined. The follow-ups felt very pushy and uncomfortable.

Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, and unfortunately it left a very bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on how this was handled. Show less »

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service and overall treatment I received during my recent laser hair removal session. The therapist was not on time with the treatment, which already set a very unprofessional tone for the appointment.
My appointment was booked 2 weeks in advance and when I arrived the laser machine was still off and nothing was prepared and ready for my arrival and treatment.

During the session, the experience only got worse. She kept stopping the laser to shave, which made the treatment feel disjointed, uncomfortable, and far from the smooth, efficient process it should have been. By the end of the appointment, there was still plenty of hair left, which is completely unacceptable after a paid laser session. I couldn’t believe it when I arrived home that see all the hair still left 🫣😱

The lack of attention to detail, the poor time management, and the overall quality of the treatment were extremely disappointing. I expect professionalism, consistency, and results—none of which were delivered.

I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

The lady doing my facial tried to tell to take a package for a different facial which I didn’t want. I just wanted to start the facial I went there for. When we finally started, she rushed through the steps and put a face mask on which I could buy from the supermarket and she left the room for 30 mins while it was on.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your clinic. I had purchased a skincare package, and after undergoing the sessions, my skin became severely damaged — extremely dry and peeling in an abnormal way.

For over six months, I have repeatedly requested a refund for the remaining unused sessions, but every time your staff either delay the matter or make empty promises that it will be resolved soon. Recently, I was told to simply “forget about the package,” which is completely unacceptable.

This behavior shows a serious lack of professionalism and responsibility. I have been patient long enough, but since no action has been taken, I am left with no choice but to file an official complaint with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Department of Economic Development (DED) for mismanagement and unethical business practices.

I urge you to process my refund immediately to avoid further legal escalation. Show less »
