I tried booking a full body laser session and the WhatsApp communication was extremely frustrating. Instead of giving me clear availability, the person kept answering with short replies and avoided directly providing the information I was asking for. I had to keep pulling answers out of her, and even after repeating my question multiple times she only gave one vague date and time with no proper options.

This is not how professional customer service should be handled. It felt dismissive, unhelpful, and irritating. If the staff cannot assist properly over WhatsApp, they should direct customers to someone who can!! Show less »

The clinic is very clean and organized, and they respect appointment times — I didn’t have to wait at all. However, my experience with jawline filler was disappointing. It was my first time, and I clearly explained to the doctor that I didn’t want an unnatural or square look. After two weeks, there was no visible result despite following all instructions. The doctor gave me another injection, but still no improvement. Now, after two months and paying almost 4,000 AED, it looks like I never had filler done. had the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE at your clinic.

I originally came to Dr. Alaa only to improve my smile lines, but instead she insisted on injecting fillers into my cheeks. The treatment was completely overdone, and very soon I developed swelling that never went away.

When I returned to the clinic upset, the solution offered was filler dissolving. Over the course of nearly 3 months and 3 dissolving sessions, my face has completely changed—my natural facial features were lost, and my under-eye area has been severely affected.

After the last session, when I tried to speak to Dr. Alaa directly, she refused to meet me. The only suggestion I was given was to inject a skin booster under my eyes, which is unacceptable after the damage already caused.

To make things worse, the marketing manager, Chaima, treated me with complete disrespect. She was extremely rude, never offered me a real solution, and essentially dismissed me, leaving me to walk away with a damaged face and my self-esteem shattered.

This experience has caused me emotional distress , and physical damage. I trusted your clinic to help me, but instead I feel betrayed and abandoned.

I expect a serious and professional response from your side regarding how you plan to resolve this situation. Show less »
