Very disappointing experience, especially with the way my concern was handled after my Botox retouch. A visible inflamed pimple was present before the treatment and is clearly documented in the pre-treatment photo taken by the doctor herself. After the retouch, the same area became significantly inflamed, developed a wound/crust, and eventually left me with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

For more than two months, I have spent time and money on consultations and prescribed medications, and I have now been given a further two-month treatment plan for the pigmentation. What has upset me the most is the complete lack of proactive follow-up, ownership, or any form of compensation or resolution from the clinic.

Each time I raised my concern, I was simply told that there was already a pimple and that it was not the doctor’s fault. I am fully aware there was a pimple, it is documented in the clinic’s own photograph. My concern is why the visibly inflamed area was not avoided and why, when the problem developed, there was no proper follow-up from the clinic.

As someone who works in the beauty industry myself, I understand that complications can happen. What makes the difference is how a clinic takes responsibility for the client’s concern, follows up, and works towards a resolution. Unfortunately, I did not feel that level of care here.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. The booking process was frustrating, with some confusion around dates and appointment times.

My appointment was scheduled for 7pm, the final slot of the day, but the clinic was running behind schedule. While I completely understand that delays happen and that the doctor needed to step away briefly, the consultation felt quite rushed overall.

The doctor herself was pleasant and professional. After assessing my concerns, she advised that my under-eye area did not require treatment, which I appreciated as it felt like honest advice rather than being encouraged into unnecessary procedures.

However, I paid a consultation fee and was never informed that it was only redeemable against treatment if completed within a specific timeframe. This only came to light later when I enquired about another concern that had actually been raised during the consultation itself.

I was then told I would need to pay for another consultation, which would only be redeemable if treatment was carried out on the day. Had this policy been explained clearly from the outset, I could have made a more informed decision.

I was also sent information to help me research the recommended treatment, but the material appeared to be promotional information from the equipment manufacturer rather than independent patient information, so it wasn't particularly useful for the research I wanted to undertake.

When I later contacted the clinic with a follow-up question regarding treatment options for my chin area, the response was brief and did not really answer my question.

Overall, while the doctor was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, the consultation felt rushed, communication was lacking, and important information regarding consultation fees and treatment policies was not made clear. As a result, I would not choose to return. Show less »

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic. I had lip filler done here before without any major issues, but after my latest treatment I experienced significant filler migration and an unnatural result within less than 3 months! it looks so, so bad honestly!!
When I contacted the clinic, instead of feeling supported, I felt blamed and pressured to pay again, first for dissolving -2500dhs!!! and then for reinjecting 2000 dhs again, which would cost even more than the original treatment. This was frustrating, especially since I trusted their medical judgment and had followed their recommendations during previous visits.
What upset me most was the way the situation was handled by customer service. The communication felt dismissive and lacked empathy and the CS refered to me as "my dear", while she wasnt even listening to me and repeating the same things to me. In situations like this, patients expect reassurance, ACCOUNTABILITY and solution oriented care, not just additional charges. Instead of that, they charge 4500 dhs more just to fix back my lips,that i injected with the clinic. I think its known that in any clinic they will remove the filler with a much smaller cost,or even free, if you did the treatment with them.

I’m extremely disappointed and upset with my experience here. I visited the clinic just two weeks ago to fix one small pimple, and after paying over 8,000 AED, my skin ended up in a much worse condition. The doctor used a PH formula treatment that I didn’t even need, and since then, I’ve been breaking out with new pimples every day.

Despite contacting them multiple times and sharing updates about my skin, they’ve offered no real support or solution only suggested I buy Skinoren, which is the cheapest over-the-counter product, instead of taking responsibility and helping me fix the damage they caused.

First I would like to say congratulations on this amazing concept and well designed Aesthetic Clinic. I was welcomed in a very warm way, spoke freely with the receptionist, offered me a glass of organic fresh water along with the charming calm background music. Then greeted by the marketing manager Ms Shereen and along with Mr Tarik and later on the one and only Dr Iman came in person to explain more of what services they can offer me. I have to admit i was amazed with the services they provide. After i got to be introduced to the services we went and sat up on the terrace for a de-brief on my selected service and then went down to my booked room to start my beard laser work. Simply smooth, simply adjustable and super amazed again with the room size and operational equipment's. Now I'm super excited for my next visit, which is soon.
