Dr. Basel removed one wisdom tooth and one supernumerary tooth which was in an awkward position. He was quick, informative and compassionate throughout the whole procedure. He informed me of every step before he took action so that I knew what to expect. I had minimal pain during the procedure and was very happy that it was done so quickly considering they were 2 teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Basel and his services. The reception staff were also very kind and bubbly. Definitely one of the best medical centers I have visited in the UAE! Show less »

Goo Day!!Luxury Touch. I just want to share my disappointment regarding our experience yesterday.
Our appointment was scheduled at 6:45 PM, but we were attended to very late and only finished around 8:20 PM. I even requested in advance if the numbing cream could be applied early so the procedure would be faster, but we were told everything would only take a short time.
When it was finally our turn for the lip filler, that was the only time the numbing cream was applied, causing another delay. We were then asked to proceed with the Hydra treatment first to save time. After that, we were already in the derma room and about to start the filler procedure when suddenly we were told to transfer rooms again because another patient would go first.
Honestly, that was very disappointing and unprofessional. We arrived on time and waited patiently, yet our procedure kept getting delayed and interrupted. As a long-time client of Luxury Touch, I expected better scheduling, professionalism, and respect for clients’ time.
I understand the staff were only following instructions, so this is not directed at them personally. However, the overall experience yesterday was disappointing enough for me to cancel my filler procedure.
I hope this feedback will be taken seriously so this will not happen again to loyal clients. Show less »
