Medcare Hospital Sharjah

Is it really normal in your hospital to wait more than 30 mins for an assistance? I tried calling Medcare Hospital Sharjah several times already and unfortunately i was just on IVR. I supposed to have an appointment for Physiotherapy but I was not able to attend on my first session and nobody even bothered to check and give a call to book a new appointment.... Show more »

I dont think you have an F-T-A (Failed-To-Attend) protocols. I Can't even reach the insurance dept to cancel the approval and ill do it somewhere else. Somewhere better. Show less »

My experience at Medcare Hospital has been nothing short of excellent. The admission process was remarkably fast and efficient, saving me time and reducing any stress. The quality of care and attention to detail is truly impressive. The food exceeded expectations fresh, tasty, and thoughtfully prepared for patients, which made the stay much more comfortable.

What stood out the most was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member I interacted with from doctors and nurses to administrative and support staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to ensure patients feel valued and well looked after.

Without a doubt, Medcare sets a high standard for healthcare in the UAE. It combines professionalism, compassion, and hospitality in a way that makes it the best hospital I’ve experienced.
