Dr. Yara Razzouk at Novomed is, quite literally, the best physiotherapist I’ve ever had! I’ve been seeing her for the past two months, and the difference she has made is incredible.

I’ve visited several physiotherapists before, but none have been as attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my recovery as Dr. Yara. She takes the time to truly listen, understand your concerns, and explain what your body needs at every stage. I never feel rushed or like I’m just another appointment.

What I appreciate the most is that she works through everything with you during the session. She doesn’t just tell you what to do, she makes sure you’re doing it properly and supports you the whole time.

She’s also just a genuinely kind and friendly person. It honestly makes every session something to look forward to.

I have patellar laxity and chondromalacia, and my knee pain has completely gone away since working with her, something I honestly didn’t think was possible.

If you’re looking for a physiotherapist who is not only highly skilled but also deeply compassionate and committed to your healing, I cannot recommend Dr. Yara enough!!! Show less »

I’ve always had very positive experiences with the staff at Novomed Marina. The doctors and front desk team have consistently made me feel well looked after and comfortable, and I’ve generally been very happy with the level of care provided.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant interaction today with the head of pharmacy. Her attitude was extremely unfriendly, she barely made eye contact while speaking to me, and the overall interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. It was quite disappointing, especially considering the otherwise high standard of service I’ve come to expect from Novomed.

I sincerely hope this was just an off day, but it was not a pleasant experience and I would honestly prefer not to have to deal with her again. Show less »

After 30+ years of suffering from detmatitis, asthma and various allergies, Dr Ahmed has finally helped me. He's very experienced and definitely knows his stuff, always answers any and all questions and will explain what's going on. I'm on a long-term treatment plan with him and wouldn't go anywhere else. After 30+ years of suffering from detmatitis, asthma and various allergies, Dr Ahmed has finally helped me. He's very experienced and definitely knows his stuff, always answers any and all questions and will explain what's going on. I'm on a long-term treatment plan with him and wouldn't go anywhere else.

He's finally got all my allergies and related skin/asthma issues under control and I'm also doing the immunotherapy (allergy shots).

The nurses are so nice and always welcome me by name.

Easy to reach reception via WhatsApp and get appointments - the staff is very helpful.

A friend recommended Dr. Ahmed Al Rafei at Novomed, who is a specialised allergy doctor with over 20 years of experience. I went with my wife, did the full allergy test, and the results showed that I'm basically allergic to everything - except food, luckily 😅.... Show more »

I went with my wife, did the full allergy test, and the results showed that I'm basically allergic to everything - except food, luckily 😅. The doctor prescribed the right medication and also recommended allergy shots.
