I’ve always had very positive experiences with the staff at Novomed Marina. The doctors and front desk team have consistently made me feel well looked after and comfortable, and I’ve generally been very happy with the level of care provided.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant interaction today with the head of pharmacy. Her attitude was extremely unfriendly, she barely made eye contact while speaking to me, and the overall interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. It was quite disappointing, especially considering the otherwise high standard of service I’ve come to expect from Novomed.

I sincerely hope this was just an off day, but it was not a pleasant experience and I would honestly prefer not to have to deal with her again. Show less »

I recently had a severe allergy episode with chest pain, a blocked nose, and persistent coughing. A friend recommended Dr. Ahmed Al Rafei at Novomed, who is a specialised allergy doctor with over 20 years of experience.

I went with my wife, did the full allergy test, and the results showed that I'm basically allergic to everything - except food, luckily 😅. The doctor prescribed the right medication and also recommended allergy shots.

The doctor and the nurses were incredibly humble, kind, and genuinely caring. I wish them all the best, and I want to thank them for their continuous care and support for my health! Show less »

Dr Amer Mansour is such a professional and compassionate doctor. He explains so well what’s happening and the follow ups are excellent. He has a great team too. Everyone has been very nice and helpful.
