I had my veneers done at this clinic and had already paid my treatment in full. Before I completed my payment, the clinic always called to confirm my appointments even my doctor personally communicated with me on WhatsApp. However, after I paid in full, the communication completely changed. I had my veneers done at this clinic and had already paid my treatment in full. Before I completed my payment, the clinic always called to confirm my appointments even my doctor personally communicated with me on WhatsApp. However, after I paid in full, the communication completely changed.

My final veneers check-up appointment was cancelled without anyone informing me. I only found out after I called the clinic myself while I was already close to arriving, after driving for almost two hours.

How can you cancel a patient’s appointment without informing them? A simple phone call or WhatsApp message would have saved me hours of driving and wasted time. It should not be the patient’s responsibility to chase the clinic to confirm appointments.

This experience was incredibly frustrating and shows a serious lack of respect for patients’ time. I expected much better from a professional clinic. Show less »

Had a very good experience getting the laser sessions done at 180clinic. The technician Amira is trained accommodates the patient very nicely. The support extended by Saba is always appreciated as she is very helpful in managing the visit schedules as per requirements. Highly recommended.

Very good service (laser epilation): begging with reception and booking an appointment thro the procedure result.

Excellent price/quality ratio.

Bought a set (5+1) for epilation.

Nadja, the IR alexandrite laser specialis, attentive to details, precise - could recommend.

I did teeth cleaning and laser for hair removal in this clinic, the dentist and technician who did the session were very professional and sweet. The receptionist also was welcoming. Great experience and I definitely will visit again

Such a great experience for my bikini laser session! The clinic is spotless and very organized. The staff are absolutely amazing — they made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. The service overall is excellent and truly worth every visit. Highly recommended!
