The first time I visited the clinic, I had a very pleasant experience-perhaps because I was paying for the services. However, my second visit was quite disappointing. I was late for my appointment (precisely 18 minutes) due to the usual traffic issues in Dubai, including rain. While I did receive a call in the morning to confirm the appointment, there was no follow-up call to check if I was on my way when I was running late. My appointment was cancelled, and when I arrived, I was told I would need to wait for an hour as another patient had been accommodated.

When I tried to explain the situation, the staff were still courteous and understanding to some extent, and overall they are skilled and professional. However, the manager was completely unapologetic, simply stating that late appointments are cancelled as per policy. While policies are understandable, one would expect a degree of flexibility and consideration, especially when paying for a service- but this was not extended.

The technicians themselves are excellent, but the management gives the impression that patient experience is not a priority. Scheduling appointments back-to-back without even a 15- 20 minute buffer makes it feel as though the focus is more on volume than care.

Additionally, since sessions are paid for upfront as part of a package, patients often feel reluctant to raise concerns or push back, despite such experiences. Show less »

No one informed me about the long waiting time. Which clinic takes payment before the treatment? Every professional clinic takes payment after the procedure. This clinic takes payment upfront, so if you are unhappy, you cannot simply leave because you have already paid.

The reason for 3 stars is that the whole experience in the clinic was very weird and awkward. I was first taken to a nurse station to take my vitals- that's understandable. Then, was taken to a doctor's office to discuss my case and the treatment. There was a nurse present (again, understandable), as well as a "clinic consultant". She was sitting awkwardly by the wall, taking notes of everything I was discussing with the doctor. I found it very invasive and uncomfortable. I felt like I was back in school taking an exam or in court being questioned. Really strange experience. Once the doctor recommended the treatment, the clinic consultant took me downstairs to tell me about the price (like she couldn't do it in the doctor' office??). She immediately pulled out a credit card machine to take the payment before the treatment even commenced. Are they implying I'm a thief and will run away once the procedure is done? You go to a restaurant, get your nails or any other service done, the payment is always taken at the end. Then I was moved back to the nurse office to have the numbing cream applied and again, back to the doctor's office. I really didn't enjoy being dragged around the entire clinic from one room to another.
As I said, the procedure itself was great. Once it was completed I was taken back to the reception and the lady immediately pulled out a QR code so I can give them a 5 star review. Should I not first see if the treatment was successful and I'm happy with the results? Why rushing me for a review? Moreover, I told the lady I had already written review in the past, but she said they need a new one. Show less »

The employee “Nada,” who I had been communicating with all this time, informed me today that she is not actually the person responsible for my requests and that “Pascal” is the one in charge! This miscommunication and poor internal coordination wasted my time and left a very negative impression about the clinic’s level of service, which is unacceptable for a clinic that presents itself as professional.
I recommend the clinic’s management to establish a clear system for assigning responsibilities and to dedicate one staff member to follow up on each request to ensure faster responses and improve the overall customer experience. Show less »

Prices are the best I’ve seen, yet they don’t cut corners, everything feels high quality, relaxing, and professional. Very disappointed, I went on Sunday as I had an appointment for aqualyx consultation with Dr Melissa, we agreed to do the procedure and she also convinced me to do prophilo for the face along with the first procedure. Everything was going fine till I sat with the accountant / supervisor Nada to give me the price package for multiple treatments, we agreed the price and she said I can do installments with Tabby, she made me pay with tabby then I asked her how do I create the installments she said let me help you, she took my phone and the installments were with a one time fee of 350 aed, which she mentioned nothing about before I paid. Anyway I was a little upset but said I can sort it out with the bank later to do installments through my card, and I told her I was upset and she shouldn’t lie or give wrong information if she doesn’t know the right answer. I applied the numbing cream after which the technician told me now we will take the pics before and after and I said no I don’t want to take pics. She called the doctor to talk to me and said the pics are for my own sake and I said if it’s for me I will take it with my phone , she said what about my phone ? I said no. Doctor left and the accountant / supervisor came back and said if you don’t take the pics we cant do the procedure and we can’t refund the full amount because you have to pay admin fees, I said I will get my full refund otherwise I will call the police, you should have told me before I put the cream and paid that pics are mandatory for you and DHA asks for them ( and I don’t believe this either ) they were just trying to force me to take pics and in a very mean way, I was refunded and I left, never again going to this clinic, not honest and poor treatment.
