One of the best clinic experiences I’ve had in the UAE!

From the very first phone call, I was impressed by the level of professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. The booking process was smooth and well organized, and everyone I interacted with was extremely respectful, welcoming, and genuinely caring.

What really stood out to me was that the care didn’t stop after my appointment. Even after I left the clinic, they followed up to check on me and make sure I was doing well. This level of attention and genuine care is something you don’t come across everywhere.

Having lived in the UAE and experienced many different clinics over the years, I can honestly say this is one of the best clinics I have visited. The service, professionalism, organization, and personal attention were exceptional.

What an incredible clinic and team! Dr. Zainab is an absolute gem!!

I came in for lip filler after struggling with the results of previous fillers. Dr. Zainab took the time to thoroughly assess my concerns, educate me on my options, and explain the procedure in detail so we could achieve the outcome I was looking for. Previous clinics have always just added more filler and tried to correct, Dr. Zainab was the first to take the time to educate me why dissolving my fillers first is the best step to take.

At this visit, I had my lip fillers dissolved, and I was truly impressed by her technique, precision, and gentle touch. I was initially nervous about the process, but she walked me through every step, explained what to expect, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident moving forward.

I’m already looking forward to my next visit to have my lip fillers done properly under her care. I also wanted to mention that I experienced no bruising at all, which was a huge bonus and allowed me to continue with my busy schedule without interruption.

I have been her loyal client for over 10 years, and during the past year I have continued my treatments with her at this clinic. My experience has always been excellent.

She is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and consistently provides a high standard of service. She takes the time to understand her clients’ needs, explains procedures clearly, and always makes me feel comfortable and well looked after.

After more than a decade as her client, I can confidently say that her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients have never changed. She is one of the main reasons I continue to return for treatments.

I can’t recommend Skin Experts Clinic enough — the level of professionalism and results are truly unmatched.

Having lived in Dubai for over 12 years, I’ve tried at least 50 clinics, and I can honestly say I’ve never had results like this. I’m beyond happy.

Dr. Dany is exceptionally talented. I’ve done Botox and specialized laser treatments with him, and the results are always flawless, natural and refined. He is also highly specialized in skin cancer, which adds an extra level of trust.

Dr. Zainab is amazing for advanced lasers, skin rejuvenation, and tightening. I’ve loved all my results with her.

Dr. Ali is also incredible — highly skilled, professional, and specialized in skin related issues and skin cancer.

The entire team and staff are wonderful, professional, welcoming, and attentive. Nurse Maria, along with the rest of the team, truly elevates the experience with their care and attention to detail.

I was recently diagnosed with early stage white skin cancer on my nose and was recommended MOHS surgery. Luckily my husband found Dr. Dany who was the first doctor who offered a different solution. From the very beginning, I could feel his experience and expertise.

He performed surgery that avoided a graft entirely, and I’m so grateful for this. The surgery went smoothly, the staff is professional and friendly. I felt very good throughout this whole process!

The scar is healing beautifully so far. I already feel optimistic that it will soon be barely visible.

I have not seen any improvement in the appearance of my veins, and instead I am experiencing increased discoloration on my eyelids even after using Vaseline/aquaphor.

The procedure itself was extremely painful. The doctor did not explain the process beforehand thoroughly and began the laser treatment without any numbing or cooling. The explanation for why no numbing was used was given while the laser was already being applied, which was distressing and uncomfortable. When I visited vein clinics for my undereye in New York, numbing or cooling gel was always used, and the procedure was thoroughly explained in advance AND I saw results.

The appointment also felt rushed. He basically kept lasering away without stopping after I was in pain. Felt like he was trying to
shove the ocular shields into my eye. He does not have a gentle touch and THESE ARE MY EYES. The focus appeared to be primarily on one eye, which left me feeling uncertain about the completeness of the treatment. In my past experiences, clinics invited me back for complimentary touch-ups after two weeks; this was not discussed during my visit. Dr. Touma seemed to do a half job just so I’d come back and pay additional money for another session. I was honestly appalled. Be efficient the first time around like a real doctor.

Additionally, I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen, which I found unacceptable.

After the procedure, I did not receive any written aftercare instructions by email or text. Every professional clinic I have previously visited provided clear aftercare guidance, especially for a procedure involving the delicate eyelid area.

The only positive aspect of my visit was the kindness of the nursing staff.

Overall, I regret undergoing this procedure at this clinic and would not return. I felt insufficiently informed, inadequately cared for, and disappointed with both the experience and the results. Show less »

My procedure with Dr Rami was carried out at this clinic in January 2024..The experience has had severe and lasting consequences for me.

The buccal-fat removal he performed left me with irreversible facial changes that have deeply affected my confidence and overall wellbeing. I was not clearly informed of the extent of the removal or the long term risks involved. The procedure was presented as a minimal adjustment, but the outcome has been far from that.

Nearly two years later, I am still dealing with the physical and psychological impact, along with ongoing costs for corrective treatments and medical imaging. I have also read a similar public review from another patient describing the same experience under his care, which is extremely concerning.
