This is one of the best dental experience i ever had. Starting from receptionist salma who is so gentle and amazing lady with the best attitude to the Doctor Duaa who is a real expert in her profession with a wonderful attitude towards her patients and her assistant Abinaya who really did wonderfully and was fully supportive.
And the cashier Ana marie is a lovely and a decent lady , working her best and quick in her job.
Upto the mark Ambience and cleanliness of the clinic

I did my laser sessions twice with Nada (Soft Light) and honestly she has amazing hands. Very gentle, fast, and the results are really good. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a comfortable and effective experience!

I’ve been a regular patient at Smile Care for quite some time now, and I can honestly say that each visit has been nothing short of excellent. The team is always professional, and I can trust them with my dental care. One person who always stands out is Ms. Suzan at the front desk. She’s the absolute best! Her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help with anything I need—whether it’s scheduling, insurance questions, or just offering a comforting word—makes all the difference. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure I feel welcome and taken care of every single time.

The doctors are good but the reception seems to be a bit incompetent. For the second time now, I’m coming to my appointment and I’m sent away after waiting because THEY made some mistake. I would like to raise a concern regarding the receptionist, Sufiyan. Unfortunately, my experience with him was quite disappointing. He displayed a poor attitude and lacked basic courtesy when dealing with clients. I saw the reviews are good here , but the dermatologist is not that good here , maybe she’s good on cosmetic treatments only but for other skin treatments no…like she’s on rush all the time, Although the clinic is beautiful but the service is hmmm.. can’t say much.. still i recommend to go to them to try coz for sure they have different treatment on each eve... I'm thrilled with my experience at Smile Care Medical Center. The staff named Jonalyn Felipe was friendly, and the office was clean. The treatment was remarkably effective. She knows what she’s doing, and truly care about her patients. She gave great customer service and very knowledgeable on skincare. I highly recommended, without any hesitation.
