I would like to make a complaint regarding my experience today with Dr. Einas Babeker, General Practitioner,at Jahili Branch.

My eyes is swollen today,and although it was supposed to be my day off,I changed my day off schedule so I could visit the hospital because I heard that the Specialized Hospital in Jahili Branch provides good service.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. I did not feel that my condition was properly checked or examined. The Doctor did not really look my at my eye and instead suggested that intake medication.

I also ask if I could get a sick leave or any medical report for my office since I had to change my day off to come for the consultation. However instead of explaining the situation professionally,the Doctor told me, " I know the only reason you came here is to ask for a medical certificate."

I found this comment very rude , disrespectful,and inappropriate. I came to the hospital because I was concerned about my swollen and wanted to be properly checked. I did not expect to be spoken to in that manner,and especially by a Doctor.

I hope that the hospital management can look into this matter. Patient should be treated with respect and proffesionalism, regardless of whether they request a medical certificate or not.

Zero star.. unprofessional and don't respect the patient and the appointment especially Dr. Atef , he is a very good doctor but didn't respect my appointment and left before I arrived. The appointment was for my son 8 years old at 2:20 and we came early with my 2 sons at noon time and in a very hot weather but he left. The hospital is very bad and didn't... Show more »

Zero star.. unprofessional and don't respect the patient and the appointment especially Dr. Atef , he is a very good doctor but didn't respect my appointment and left before I arrived. The appointment was for my son 8 years old at 2:20 and we came early with my 2 sons at noon time and in a very hot weather but he left.
The hospital is very bad and didn't respect even after giving them a second chance after a very bad experience 7 years ago , but still the same.

Recently visited the hospital with my mother for under eye and lip concerns and received the absolute BEST treatment from Dr. Manar. She is truly talented and knowledgeable. She explains everything thoroughly, gives u options and allows you to pick based on your lifestyle. She checked on both of us daily after our procedures and was being extra careful with my mother considering she had a fear of needles. Her hands are literal magic, we both couldnt have been happier with the results. Her assistant Kim was also very friendly and bubbly.
