My instructor, Ms Jay, was exceptional. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in the field were evident, and she took the time to ensure that each student understood the material thoroughly. She provided both theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on experience, which greatly enhanced my skills. What I appreciated most was her patience and willingness to answer all questions, no matter how big or small.
