Very disappointing experience

I had laser treatment for varicose veins at this clinic, primarily for aesthetic reasons. Unfortunately, following the session, I developed skin necrosis, which has left me with a permanent scar that I am still dealing with today.

What has been even more disappointing than the complication itself is the way the situation was handled afterwards. I contacted the clinic, expecting them to take the situation seriously and ask me to come in for an assessment by a dermatologist. No consultation was offered, and I was never asked to come back to have the area examined.

I was the one who had to suggest speaking directly with the doctor who performed the treatment. Even then, I did not receive a prompt response. The doctor only got back to me after approximately a week or more and simply advised me to continue with the treatment I was already using. Given the seriousness of what had happened, I sought other medical opinions myself.

I find this extremely disappointing. I underwent the procedure to improve the appearance of my legs, and instead I am now left with a scar caused by necrosis that is, in my opinion, more noticeable and distressing than the varicose veins I initially wanted to treat.

What is particularly upsetting is the complete lack of proper follow-up and communication from both the clinic and the doctor. When a patient develops a significant complication after an aesthetic procedure, I believe the minimum expectation is to be properly examined, informed, and followed up.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this treatment ask about the clinic’s follow-up process and what support is provided in case of complications. My experience has unfortunately been very disappointing, and I would not return. Show less »

I had a really good experience at the clinic for my three sessions, and Malek deserves a special mention. She was warm, patient, and made me feel completely at ease. Nothing felt rushed, she explained things clearly and checked on me throughout the process and while reminding way ahead for the next session. You can tell she genuinely cares about people. I left feeling very comfortable and well taken care of.

Needless to say Dr. Pankajam Indrajith and her nurse Haritha was superb and very much customer centric. Big applause to them as well.

I am extremely disappointed with the recent decline in service quality. I went in for a laser hair removal treatment, and the experience was very unsatisfactory. There was a total lack of coordination regarding appointment timings, and the staff was inattentive, giving much less time than required for a proper session. There was a total lack of coordination regarding appointment timings, and the staff was inattentive, giving much less time than required for a proper session. The technician was fine but mamagement definitely needs major improvement. Furthermore, the receptionist mentioned on extra charge if shaving is not done prior, she was not accommodating and handled very poorly. As a long-term customer, it is sad to see the standards drop like this. I will not be returning or recommending this clinic unless there are significant improvements in how they treat their clients. One of my friends also had a consultation and treatment with Dr. Panakjam—she was amazing! My friend did a double chin treatment, and the results were honestly so impressive.
